I love the style very comfortable, but I have to agree with a previous comment. The laces also broke and J&M doesn't carry replacement laces in this style. It's a shame! oh and be aware they squeak! and OMG they are loud!

I'd referred to the McGuffey as the most comfortable shoes I've work in years - and I am very happy with them. I'd have rated them a 5-star but a lace broke and J&M doesn't carry replacement laces in this style. That's just absurd.

Nice shoe. Takes a couple of wears to break in - get comfortable. Shipping and overall service was very good as usual.

These look great straight out of the box. Good style and comfort in general. My only complaint is the upper heel rubs on my Achilles and that kinda hurts.

Overall the shoe is great. Stylish and comfortable. The only take-a-way I have for these models of your shoes of are the white soles. The soles on the McGuffey are closer to a tan or darker shade that really makes this shoe appealing. White soles on black and other colors are not very pleasing to the eye or outfits.

Very comfortable overall but I would add a thicker sole and I find it a bit wide but that I can live with.

This is my second pair of the McGuffey lace ups. I really like how I can switch them out between work and going out. Overall, I really like this style of shoes from J&M and how comfortable they are. The only issue is the heels of the soles of the shoes do wear out quickly.

I ordered these after searching the internet (I have several pair of Johnston Murphy shoes, and ordered the same size). They are very nice and good quality but too big, both size and width, so I returned them. If you get a pair that fit, they should be fine.

The seams between the leather and soles started to come undone quickly after purchase. I expected better quality.

My McGuffey Lace-to Toes arrived and they are great looking shoes. The laces, however simply are NOT long enough to tie effectively. While they only need to add an additional two inches or so, it's annoying. J&M said they can't do anything about laces and I'd need to buy myself from another vendor. GREAT SERVICE, J&M!!

Great looking leather. Add more arch support and offer a dark sole and you will have a perennial winner.

It does not have that good arch support that I am looking for like in the J&M CX4 series shoes. The design is very nice. However J&M should look into incorporating the CX4 soles in the McGuffey shoes.

Color was lighter on toe of one shoe. Other shoe was more color of advertised.

The shoes are great - they look sharp and are very comfortable. The only problem is the last pair I owned was made from far superior leather which was softer and significantly more comfortable. Good all around shoe but the latest version is lacking.

The shoes fit and feel great but I am disappointed how easily they scuff. It is also very difficult it is to get rid of the scuff marks.
