The shoe strings stained both tongues. That was very disappointing considering the cost.

I ordered sneakers and was went golf shoes. Had to return and order a different pair of shoes and a larger size.

laces are too small

Show looks great and appears to be well made. First time I wore them left with a terrible blister.

Bought lots of shoes from Johnston and Murphy and loved them. Needed new golf shoes so went to the company I like. However, these shoes fit too tight. I am a standard 8W and these golf shoes fit small. Wished they fit but can't walk the course with ill fitting shoes. Sorry, had to return them. Great looking and great quality as expected.

Fit - will not accommodate wide as advertised even taking out insole. It is E not wide (W). Have not received any notification my :athletic_shoe: shoes were return or replaced as requested. I followed instructions hopefully I receive something soon.

The fit was poor. I need a 13.5. This was disappointing as I really liked the shoes. First shoe purchase in years at J&M

Runs small caused blister

The quality of materials and cushioning is great, but for some reason the heel on mine will NOT break in. I noticed the stitching is a bit off on the upper back of heel off so it flares toward the foot and has gave me so many blisters. Constantly. Wish I would've noticed the defect and returned before wearing them. Maybe I need a size smaller than my normal size? I'm not sure. Really wanted to like these but the pair I got has been really disappointing. - Dylan L.

I have many Johnston Murphy shoes. All seem consistent for sizing (also well-made and comfortable!), but not these golf shoes. I am not a fan of the removable insert as a means of changing widths. These golf shoes are NOT true to any size whether the insert is in or not. And, regardless of using the insole or not, they seem the wrong size. Cannot wear them.

I was truly excited to receive my brand new golf shoes from such a reputable company since I love your dress shoes. But to my complete and utter dismay, after a flawless online purchasing and delivery experience, what I received wasn't in line with my expectation. The shoes had worn marks on the top of them and the design/color didn't match on both shoes. I am not sure how Quality Control could let these out of the building with your companies name on them. I returned them IMMEDIATELY for a refund (which by the way has been flawless as well)! I started with a 1 star review because of the excitement/emotion tied to the purchase from owning J & M's already and the disappointment that came with what I received. I changed to 2 stars because I took the emotion out and based it on what was inside the box. I hope this review helps J & M take a look to ensure the QC process for their Golf Shoe Brand aligns with their other quality products.

Foot sits up too high in shoe

Very poor golf shoe. I wore them once and half way through the round I developed a blister on the inside of my left foot. Same size I always buy so that wasn't the issue. Very disappointed I returned them.

I have several other J&M shoes These hurt my feet and haven't broken in yet
