These fit like a dream. Loved them so much ordered them in another color....however, the same show in difference color seemed to run 1/2 size small. Had to return. Want to try another pair, but not sure if I should.

The left shoe fit fine. The right shoe was too short - my big toe hit a seam at the front. They're going back.

Runs small. I usually wear an 8 in Asics. I had to get a 9.

These run one to two sizes small. I usually wear an 8 in asics and ended up with a size 9.

I happened to try on a pair of these same shoes when I began my shoe search. I normally take a size 9; my toe was hitting the front so I knew I had to move up at least a 1/2 size. I purchased a size 9 1/2 wide and overall they fit well. I have issues with my left foot so I try to fit that foot as comfortable as possible. I also like to have room to wiggle my toes so I'm glad I ordered a wide, and they are not overly wide at all. My last pair was saucony but I felt they was a lot of plastic on them. I love the color of these Asics and overall, so far so good. Nice comfy insole with some arch support. I'm very happy with Zappos, their prices and service!

The shoes seem to fit well. Have walked and ran in them. I have only had them 4 days. Want to see how well they wear and last.

Great looking shoe, and the slipper part of the shoe has some nice structure. However, the shoe feels flat and definitely not as cushy as some of their other less expensive lines (I would recommend the Gel-Excite or Gel-Contend over this one.) It probably could be ok if you peeled out the included insole and put in your own orthopedic insole to provide arch support (which I now do anyway.) This also runs short (I am normally an 8.5 in other brands, Asics I feel runs about a half size smaller, and this is another half size smaller than normal.)

Great shoe. So comfortable with supportive arch. It's just half size small. My toe keeps touching the front rim so this shoe is going back.

small fit

Shoes is comfortable and looks great. This is the third or fourth GEL-Venture I have had and this particular one has been the one that has lasted the least. There are multiple holes, peeling, and pieces just falling apart a lot sooner than the GEL-Venture 6 and under 500 miles.

The row box feels wider than my many other Asics even though these fit overall in the same size, 8.

These shoes felt just a tiny bit smaller and narrower than the other brands I have purchased. The overall support was also not quite as good, but they were still fairly comfortable. Loved the colors and design.

I sized up a half size and thought they were too big, so I got my regular sized. They are way too small. I am using the bigger size. Not great, but they work. but definitely need to size up with this model. Otherwise, it's and Asics Gel and wears like one.

I've been trying to find this shoe in an 11 to no avail. Finally, Zappos had my 11. I was ecstatic. When I received the 11, it was short; not unbearable, but somewhat uncomfortable. Thank goodness, Zappos had an 11.5 to facilitate an exchange. My concern is that I regularly buy Asics, size 11. None of the 11's are the same length. This is not a Zappos problem, but an Asics problem. Nevertheless, this shoe is fantastic. I wore them once to Zumba, but the sole is somewhat rigid, so not the best fit for this activity. However, for walking, running or hiking, they're worth a try. I've worn them a couple of times to the store, etc. and no complaints. If you're an Asics fan, beware of length inconsistencies and hope Zappos has a suitable replacement.

These shoes are amazing. However, you do have to order a half size up. My toes were right at the tip of the size 10. I had to return the size 10 and get the 10.5. They’re a much better fit.

These shoes were enormous in my normal size. They seemed more like men's shoes than women's. I even double checked that they were not a wide size, which they were not.

The wide size was a bit wider than I'd bought in the past. The shoe strings are very cheap.

love the look, a bit heavier than the sneakers I typically like but after a couple wears, it has become my definite go to walking/running shoe.

I have used Asics Gels for several years, usually buying more than one pair at a time. I always buy a half size larger just to give extra room in the toe box for exercise. This 'model' seemed tighter even though it was a 'wide' size. So disappointing. I always purchase arch supports because I need the extra support, the foot bed felt tighter (the new arch support wouldn't fit), making the entire shoe very tight and uncomfortable. I experienced this with another named brand when they tried to make the shoe lighter. Now it appears Asics has attempted to either save cost on material or are trying to make the shoe lighter. I had to return the shoe and use a different brand to get the support and comfort I was looking for.
