Great shoe. Great price.

I recently used up my last pair of Asics Gel-Kahana 9's, long ago discontinued. The size and fit of the Gel-Venture 8's is the same as the Kahana's. I have long narrow feet with high arches, and the Venture's are as comfortable as the Kahana's. I no longer jog in these shoes, but I do walk 4-5 miles daily. I am very happy that the Venture's are so comfortable. Thanks

Good shue so far. A little tighter than NB but I like the fit.

The shoes do not fit true to size. In particular, the left shoe is small enough that it causes pain in my big toe. I like the Asics brand and have been wearing them for a number of years. I have never encountered this problem before AND am still able to wear my older Asics shoes that I still have. I understand that I should have returned them within the 1st 30 days, but did not do so. My bad. This is the 1st time I have experienced problems with the Asics products.

Similar design to all the other Asics shoes of this style but more substantial. Good support in the heel cup. Good width. Gel sole is very comfortable. Moderately aggressive tread. Good value!

This is my second pair of Gel Ventures. The first was the 6 and I loved them. The 6 started as a work shoe and was very comfortable. The job ended and they became workout shoes. I really used them hard. Excellent shoe. First impressions of the Venture 8 are not so great. I ordered a size 10 and had to return them for a 10.5. Excellent service by Zappos as always! There is very little felt difference in the size 10 and the 10.5. Time will tell if they give me any problems. I am disappointed in the laces on these Venture 8’s also. I need good strong laces that feel hefty in my hand. These are a long way from hefty. They feel more like ribbons you would use to wrap a gift. I will say that the tread of the shoe is very aggressive and should last a long time. Asics is not known for making a gym shoe for hard workouts but for making running shoes. I would keep this in mind when shopping Asics.

I wear a size 14 with a slightly-narrow foot, and often struggle with shoes that are too heavy, or have a too-loose fit around the middle arch of my foot. These fit nicely, with a spacious toe box, yet the heel fit is not loose, so walking in them feels secure and stable. The cushioning is not as soft as some of the more high-end Asics shoes I've had, but still very good - and excellent for this price point.

Very comfortable shoe and the fit and 4E width is perfect for me. I highly recommend this running shoe to everyone.

Initially ordered my normal size, 12.5, which was tight in width and very snug in the toe. Exchanged for a size 13 which is good in both toe and width. Exchange process was excellent!

Size was as described, very comfy, I'm in between sizes, these fit perfectly

Love Asics for men to wear as my sneakers. Men's just fit better than womens. I have big feet and women's sneakers are always too tight in the toes but wide womens is too wide.

I purchased 9D, however, felt at least half a size small. Also, a little uncomfortable on inner heels. A little tight there too. The shoe's toe are to pointy for my liking. I couldn't really tell from the picture. Zappos return policy was GREAT.
