I NEVER GOT THE SHOES! I've messaged customer service three times and I've heard absolutely nothing back!

These shoes are for kids so obviously they will get dirty. I tried to clean with with just water and a washcloth and the color faded so bad these shoes now look 10 years old and have only been worn about 3 times.

Very comfortable shoes but they run big and you company should advertise this problem so basically I bought 2 pair of shoes from y'all company and can't wear them because they come off our feet

We measured according to the Hey Dude measurement chart. I purchased my twins both a pair of shoes according to the chart. Both pairs are WAY TOO BIG. It will be a while before they can wear them.

Way to big not true to size

I bought these for my 8 year old. She loves the animal print but hates how they fit. She wears a size 1-2 in other shoes but these are a good 2 sizes too big on her. I bought these for school but had to go out and buy her another brand so she'd have some that were comfortable.

Bought for my daughter who wears a 12 and these shoes were 2 times to big

Definitely not true to size for us. Wear an 11 and they are way to big.

Good luck getting your money back if your package doesnt get to you. (Not their fault, but just how they are handling it) Or customer service helping you via email. Almost three weeks later I dont have the shoes, and they still have my money. Having issues like this that simply arent resolved, and such a hassle seems to be the way companys do business these days.
