Sizing runs a little big but exchanging was a breeze!

Shoes were great. Customer Service was awful.

The heel of the shoe is too wide

My daughter usually wears a 12 but these ran a little on the bigger size .

Cute shoes but had to return because they were way to long for my 4 year old's feet. I had a hard time finding a reliable sizing chart. The return process went smoothly and was easily done. Will try to order a smaller size.

Grand daughter did not like and the slip on her heel.

Tried some on at a store to figure out my daughters size. She tried on side 4 in this design. She wasn't sure if she wanted this one or not so we did not purchase in store. Well few days later she decided on these and I ordered a size 4 online. They came in and are almost two sizes too big! Very disappointed.

These are adorable wish they were in adult size!

Only received half my order

Had problems with the last order we made, they were way too big, sized down with these, they work but it won't be for long.. the inconsistencies with sizing is weird

Shoes are soft but rub my ankles.

The shoe strings you cant tie to stay on feet yalls sizes run big I guess but my daughter wears them just to slide on like slippers but she really dont wear them much like she was wanting to but I personally think you guys should put on website that the shoes run bigger than the average sizes because even the ones I ordered for myself I wear a size 7/8 and ordered a size 7 and 7 1/2 in women and they fit like a size 10 it sucked because I love yalls shoes!

Super cute but run WAY too big! I had to return twice because they run about 3 sizes too big!
