I need to go up a 1/2 size, except that size is currently not in stock. I loke the Rekovr 2 better than the "original Rekovr" as I could not tighten the straps over instep tight enough (in a size 9). This year's Rekovr 2 is snug IF you have a high instep. The reason that I am returning it that I need more length AND because the the heel rubbed on my achilles tendon. The heel area has a lining of band at top. IF I can get the next size I can insert a heel cup and should be fine!

I wear my rekovr2s at home as I have bad feet. They are comfortable for me. I had to get a whole size larger than what I normally wear as they are tight across the arch, but I have really high arches. Overall they are comfortable for me and I have a hard time with most shoes due to my feet.

I like the slip on feature.
The toe bed is not as comfortable as my other topos.
These are stiff and not as wide.
Unfortunately, I will return them.

My Fly Lytes fit my narrow foot so I took a chance on these Rekovr shoes. They are beautifully made and I love the insole. Without a tie to hold them on my foot they really were too wide for this AA foot. So bummed. I have adjusted to wearing Topos most of the time and would love to see the product line evolve to include narrow widths and boots !!

I use them for slippers. I need the support of Topo for in the house. But my left shoe seems tobe smaller than the right. So I just bought a size larger and will see if that works.

Stiff top and heel/back meant I had to wear them on several short walks to break them in. Otherwise comfortable with good support.

Now that I FINALLY tried them out INSIDE house: the TOP of Back of shoe RUBS on my Achilles Tendon!
Everything else was great: Nice firm Outer Sole; nice "squishy" Insole and SOFT wool.
I have RED marks where the edge rubs on my heel & Achilles Tendon (FYI: I have "bony" heels).
I also need to be careful BECAUSE I have had Achilles Tendonitis before.
When you Step Down:
When your heel strikes - the shoe seems to move and down a tiny bit In the heel area.
OR.....maybe I am SINKING down into the nice Insole?
So far all the adjustments I tried did not work (Tulis Thin Heel Cups; Dr Scholl's Heel Cups, Super thin micro fiber socks).
But......in a few days - I will try ONE more time.
For a Slipper (or "House Shoe") it seems way over the top to HAVE to put on a Podiatrist's "Oval" Donut Felt Pad:
JUST to wear as a nice supportive slipper.
You really just want to slide your feet INTO "House Shoes" without attaching Felt Pads EACH time!!
Hope this info will help someone.

I ordered the topo rekovr 2 in an 8.5 (women’s). It is very comfortable but a little too long; my foot slides forward a bit. So I ordered an 8, which is too short and uncomfortably tight across my high arch. I will keep the larger size and wear a thin sock so I can benefit from the nice massaging benefit of the insole.
I'd also recommend:
Ecco, Birkenstock, Danner, Hoka

I am hoping that the 3rd Size will FIT!! (The 3rd time is supposed to be the CHARM).
I can't believe that I will be ordering the SAME SIZE Rekovr 2 as my TOPO Hiking Boots!!
I really like the soft & flexible fabric as a more "structured" slipper OR "House Shoe". Except I need to go up 1 more Half Size (for the 2nd TIME)!
The heels rub a bit on my narrow heels & narrow achilles area.
So....I need more room to put in Heel Cups (which sort of push my foot a bit Forward).
PLUS: I think ? I might also want to swap out the nice cushy insole for an insole with more support (which ALSO will take up more room).
These Rekovr 2 are advertised as shoes to wear barefoot.
No clue how you would clean the wool....so having a tad more room will let me wear thin socks too.
Try them IF you need a Wide Toe box & Narrow Heel.

I wanted to live these shoes, the seemed like the perfect pair for my wide front foot and narrow heel, and they were great for the first month or so of wear. But, now, I can't even wear them for half a day with out getting terrible pains in my knees and feet. Thinking this pain was from something else, I continued wearing these shoes until I noticed the front part of my foot slides around ALOT as I'm walking (heels stay put). Theres just too much side to side movement and a "tall" footbed, the ball of my foot and toes are just out there with no support. I even tried adjusting the laces, no help. I went back to my old shoes, and the pain is gone. I'm a steady size 6 lengthwise, a perfect thumbs width from the end, but these are just too wide in the front, so sad :(

I typically wear a 7.5 which is what I initially ordered in this shoe. It was definitely too small and exchanged for an 8 in red. The 8 still seemed a hair short but has not caused any problems over 400mi. I like the secure fit through the mid foot which gives me more confidence in technical terrain and on the down hill. I just ordered another pair in size 8, this time in green just so I could keep track of which shoes had more miles on them. Fit is completely different, the shoe is longer and wider, higher volume. Double checked the labeling in both shoes to be sure they are the same model and size. Cosmetics/materials are the same. What's up with that? Super frustrated. This would be my "go to" shoe and would probably recommend the shoe if I knew what size to get. Afraid to order another pair.

The shoes are too narrow in the toe box. I wish you would be more consistent in the toe box shape and size amongst your shoes.

The width is perfect! My only issue is the outside ankle part of the shoe runs on the bottom of my ankles. Not a good fit there and causes problems. Can you design them with a lower ankle like the first pair I bought a couple of years ago. I'm back wearing them.

I run and walk in my Topos. I would like a little extra cushioning in the heel as my heels are sometimes sore after. Love the roominess in the toes and my arch feels supported.

I like the wide toe box and narrow heel but the shallow toebox causes pressure on my toes. In my most recent 50 K I injured three toenails with the shoes. I wish the toebox was a bit deeper up at the toes.

I hike 2 to 3 miles a day and the shoe on the wider foot is taking a long time to break in. The problem is the facing of the lace area, it is very stiff and irritating. 60 miles in and it is still annoying. They are otherwise comfortable and provide secure footing. I have debated returning them, but will probably keep them. I would probably not buy again. I would recommend them for average or moderately wide feet.

These shoes would be comfortable if you have a sore or crooked toe because of their soft top yet support offered by the sole. They are very wide and make your feet look large!

I liked the look of these shoes and they were comfortable on the heel and arch. The toe box felt very short however. My toes were pressed up against the end pretty hard. I really hoped they would work because they seemed to have great arch support, but sadly I will be returning them.

I loved these shoes and wore them every where no matter if walking for steps or hiking or picking Blueberries. BUT! Today - after wearing them for 6 months - wire - or something like wire - used for construction of the shoes poked through and rubbed my skin to bleeding. I will not buy again.

I was unable to put my feet in these as the band over the top of my foot was so tight I couldn’t get the shoes on. A serious disappointment as I have 3 pair of this brand in other styles.

I was trying to replace an older, wonderful Topo shoe, and this model proved to be too flexible and not supportive enough.
It is probably a fine shoe, just not for my feet.
