I've had these for two months and the bottom tread is already wearing down and there are worn spots developing in the heels. They look like I've had them for a year. I wear them to walk 10-13 miles per week on a cement walking path. They are super comfy and my bunions don't hurt as much, but I would expect a shoe at this price point to last longer than 2 months!

I am a weekend walker of neighborhood trails. I loved the fit and look of these shoes, but I've only had them for nine weeks and there are holes in the topline, as if I had freakishly protruding ankle bones rubbing against it. I'm really disappointed.

A friend recommended Topo for their wide toe box. While my neuroma did not flare up thanks to the toe box, I wound up returning these. I experienced cramping in my midfoot still trouble with plantar fasciitis. Also, after two days wearing them, the upper began separating from the sole on the inside of the right foot. Not what I'd hope for in brand new shoes.
Luckily, the 30-day trial and customer service made returns easy. Would recommend these for someone else with fewer foot problems!

I'm a fan of Altras for the large toe box so I decided to give Topos a try. I just ran 5 miles in the Cyclones and knew I needed to return them. The sole feels like cheap rubber-hard and clunky-and the sole of the toe box is wider than the front of the shoe making it feel like a flipper. The fit of the upper is pretty comfy. They might run about a 1/2 size big, but sizing is different depending on shoe company anyway. Too bad on the sole because these could have been decent shoes.

Do not recommend cyclone. Bought the product knowing they were final purchase. Developed large blisters on both heels. Request to return denied. I expected a different response based on the physical problem with no heel cup.
Was offered a discount of another shoe.ummm no you don't appear yo stand behind shoe. Thought I had a legit reason to make an exception to their policy and included photos.

They're gorgeous, but they have a big problem: every time I run in them for more than 30 minutes, I get bloody heels. You don't want to see the photos. This is the only pair of shoes I own that do this.
At first I thought it was due to not having the right pair of socks, but after wearing a couple of different types of socks, I still had the same issue. I think there's not enough padding in the heels. In comparison, I own Topo Ultrafly - my absolute favorite shoe ever - and they do not have this issue due to their padding.
I know this shoe will be moved out of rotation, but trust me: please don't buy them.
And Topo, I love you - please do better.

I wear Topos for work. I am an OR nurse who is always on my feet. I had a previous pair that I loved, so I ordered these to replace them. It was terrible. They are not cushioned at all. My ankles felt like they were broken at the end of the day. My feet hurt so badly it took days to recover.

I found Topos and I have fallen in love with their shoes except for this one. I so wanted to love them because they felt so great except for one spot. The seam in the back of the shoe caused blisters that popped on both of my heels area. No good what so ever. They are going back

There's no padding in the back of the shoe. If you are prone to blisters or have sensitive skin, choose another shoe. I'll admit, I wore old socks, but after 4 miles the blisters were quarter-sized and I had to walk the last quarter mile without shoes. Had to wear Birkenstocks for 3 days. Great shoe otherwise, so big disappointment for me.

I'm not sure what is wrong with these shoes but I have never gotten blisters from shoes. I got the size I normally do and it was horrible.

The plastic look and feel of this shoe make it seem cheap and not durable enough for hiking. I returned them.
