I'm recovering from plantar fasciitis & using the Magnifly for short runs. I love them! I've been using zero drop shoes for years (Vibram 5 fingers, Topo ST-2, Merrell Road Glove) but after developing PF, I switched to "fluffy" shoes to ease the pain. Now that I'm mostly recovered, those squishy fluffy shoes seem to make my knees & hips hurt more, which seemed like a sign that it's time to get back into Topos. The Magnifly feels good! My feet feel firmly in contact with the ground but there's enough cushion to make increasing my distance enjoyable. I actually bought all 3 colors to make sure I have backup shoes as I increase my distance.

I have worn Topo shoes, and hiking boots for a long time. I recommend them to everyone!

Super comfortable. Love the roomy toe box and the 3mm drop. I started running in the city during the pandemic and these are the perfect shoes.

I bought these to replace my Danskos that I wear for work. I am on my feet all day long. These are the best shoes!

I have been walking 4+ miles daily for a few months so I decided to step up my walking shoe game, especially since I aspire to do more walk-runs or straight runs in them. I made the best decision in trying the Topos. It is the first time I bought my size (women's 7) and did not need to go size up. The zip foam technology and snug fit with the laces make this shoe the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. My toes have never felt so good with the roomy toe box. I also love the Emerald/White color.

I really like the wide toe box that is the main reason for my purchase. I added my own custom insoles which squeak when I walk. That's not the manufacture fault but I'm working on what will help.

After a *very* long search for comfortable road running shoes, I finally found my perfect pair. They're super responsive and fit like a glove. I love how they're less structured which makes for a more comfortable, natural fit. They're very cool looking as well (I've received compliments from strangers while out). Hope Topo releases them in black for more versatility and to keep them looking cleaner.

Switched from Altra (Escalante 2.0 & 2.5 were too narrow for me), and pleased that I'm no longer dealing with pinching nerve issues -Thank you, Topo! The amount of cushion feels just right, feels responsive and fast. Fun shoes, for sure! I wish I could get a better heel lock, though. Also, wish there were different color options. Men's lime looks so sharp and I feel quite envious of that. How about Tangerine/Orange for Women?

After some time away, I'm back to TOPO. Altras and Hokas are too big and clunky for my narrow foot. The TOPO wide toebox isn't so wide that it folds over on itself when I move my foot. No expensive insoles needed to heed off calf pain. Happy the models look more appealing again. Wish the blue was available so I could justify a second pair.

I really love these shoes for speedwork and 5ks. They feel light and responsive. I have worn an 8.5 in several other running shoe brands but stick with a 9 in Topo. Other reviews mention heel rubbing, I only notice that a bit when I am walking. I am a forefoot/midfoot striker and I have had no heel issues when running. I don't like the grippy fabric on the tongue, I have to loosen the laces more than usual to get the shoes on and off and that just annoys me.

I really liked these for about a year after I sprained my ankle (high sprain on the inside plus a 2 on the outside). I normally run in 0 or 3mm drops, but these were the best after the sprain. I want this body on a 0 drop! Not a winter running shoe.

Great shoe but they have ridiculously short shoe laces. There's not enough length to do a heel lock lacing. Change that and I can give 5/5 star rating.

These are da bomb. Responsive. Cushioned near perfectly. Fit like Cinderellas slipper for slaying mile after mile. However, one caveat: could be a tiny bit wider in the mid foot. For those of us that grew up wearing unisex/boys running/soccer shoes pre-female specific plethora - our feet adapted to the wider shoes. Not all women have narrowed feet. Those with wicked strong athletic feet from years of playing in "unisex gear" know what I am talking about. I hope Topo doesn't make the same mistake Altra did with the lame "Fit for Her" maybe - consider offering male sizes starting at size 6 to make up for this trend towards the narrow excluding those of us with wicked strong male shoe adapted feet.

Having read reviews before buying these, I expected the heel-not-feeling-secure issue. I cut a cotton swab in an hourglass shape and KT taped it (horizontally) above the heel area. I'm going on week 6 of 4-5 runs a week and it has effectively fixed the sloppy, sliding heel issue. When the KT tape wears out or starts to peel off the shoe, I'll just redo it. It'd be a 5-star shoe if it didn't have the problem in the first place.

Did a 12 mile hike with these. Nice to have the vibram soles which did a great job gripping. My feet felt a little more stuffed in the toes than the wider road/running topos. And I was surprised how much fine dirt from the trail made it into my shoes and permeated my socks. Wasn't expecting that.

I have 3 pairs of the original Ultraventure, and they are hands-down the best running shoes I have had in 40 years. My first pair has been retired with well over 500 miles on them. The two additional pairs have 200 & 320 miles and still look and feel almost new. I purchased a pair of Ultraventure 2 and am a little disappointed. They have less than 100 miles and the inside of the heel is already starting to rub a hole. Two friends with the same shoe (and also fans of the prior model) are seeing the same thing. Also, the toe on the new model does not have as much protection for the toes as the original, which had little rubber/plastic strips that were just enough to offer a bit more protection when catching toes on rocks or roots. The cushioning is good.

Honestly, I don't wear shoes most of the year because I live in Florida so I spend most of my time in sandals. However, I have problem feet and need a good pair of athletic shoes when we go on vacation and such and would be in need of a good, supportive shoe. My favorite athletic brand up until now starts with a "H" but they've made some changes to their most cushioned styles that don't agree with my feet anymore. I read about TOPO Athletic on a blog for people with "problem" feet. Recently, I have also been diagnosed with arthritis in my big toe so it's important for me to wear shoes with plenty of wiggle-room for my toes. So far, I really like this pair of shoes but I probably haven't had a chance to wear them long enough at this point to make a really informed recommendation.

After multiple foot surgeries and gait problems these are the best athletic shoes I have found and can rarely wear any other shoes- which is why I would love it if they made some more neutral colors to go with more outfits- please make some skin tone varieties and muted earth tones so I can pair these with ALL my outfits and not just running/athletic wear
