These sandals are nicely made, very soft upper. Have a small arch and the elastic isn't too tight. I bought this style and brand of shoe back in 2000 and actually still have them as I only wear them in the summer along with other sandals. They are definitely shop worn, but, I love them so keep using them. As nicely made as these new ones are, they are not as sturdy. We'll see how long these last.

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I have a bunion on my left foot but the shoes are so soft that it does not hurt. The suede is very soft and forgiving and the elastic helps keep them fitted but not tight. I took Zappos’s advice and went down a half size and it worked out perfectly. Very happy with these shoes.

These shoes fit perfectly. I am a size 6 1/2 but had to get the size 7. They are very comfortable and will get a lot of use out of them.

I'm a true 7.5M and I love Born. I always wear a 7M in their sandals and a 7.5M in their sneakers but the 7M in these were a little short and a little tight. I have about a dozen Born shoes/ sandals but these weren't for me.

This sandals fit perfectly and the leather feels like butter! I had them in blue (from 2 years ago) and wanted to replace them, but they didn't have my size in blue, so I tried this color. It's not bad, but too shiny for me. If you want gold, they are nice. They have kind of a darker swirl in the leather, which adds interest.

Since I'm a 7.5, I ordered both the 7 and the 8 to try. Surprisingly, they both fit me length-wise, it's just that the 7 was more snug (but still comfortable). I'm not sure which of the 2 I would have kept. I actually returned them because they just didn't look good on me. They were a little to formal for a "casual" sandal but not elegant enough to be a "good" sandal (to go with dresses). It's a shame, because the were really comfortable.

These are great looking sandals. They NEED to have half sizes! 10 foot is sliding around. Sure 9’s will be too small. Cushy but zero arch support. Disappointing!

I bought these sandals in Blue and then I bought them in black. It seems that the black ones are a tiny bit shorter than the blue ones. They still fit, although my toes go completely to the edge of the sandal

I believe the sizing is accurate, but I wear a 9 1/2 and need the extra length. A 10 would be too big, and the 9 is a little too short.

They are a great looking shoe, they just come up too high as I have a high instep.

Soft, comfortable shoes. Unfortunately both my friend and my husband thought they were ugly; "too much coverage" apparently. I'm going to try the slingback version instead.

These are beautiful shoes. The leather is soft and they are pretty comfortable. However, I had to return because even though the fit felt snug, my ankle kept pulling out of the back. I know from experience that this doesn't get better over time, unfortunately. It also felt like my foot was being pushed a little too far in the shoe and that over time, my toes might hang over the end. A very nicely crafted shoe though! I'm sad they didn't work out.

Love the style but a bit narrow and squished my toes, hoping they'll stretch out some.

Great style and the leather is so soft that it just blends into my foot. Ordered size 8, since Born sandals don't come in half sizes. My usual size in all brands as well as Born is 8 1/2 or 39. Would recommend these sandals for their style, comfort and fit!

Love the way they fit and look. The leather across the big toe rubs a bit, but I think they'll break in quickly.

They were pretty comfortable except I could tell the straps were going to cut into my feet around the arch, so I returned them. I have wide feet so someone else may not have those problems

Loved the style. A little too narrow and binding at left ankle. I'd have tried a Wide if available, although I don't usually wear a wide. I'd also have considered keeping them if they'd have a little arch and maybe a titch more heal.

I really like the style of these shoes. A couple years ago I was a size 9 in all Born shoes, now I seem to be a 10. I ordered these last year and returned them and bought them again this year, in a size 10, which fit. What I didn't like, was the first two days of wearing these they made a "squeaking" noise when I would walk, like there was an air pocket or something. After googling some ways to stop this, it seems to have stopped and I can walk without noises now. I like the shoes and the brand, but for the price I don't think my shoes should me making fart noises, and I have better things to do than look up how to remedy that.

These shoes feel fantastic on and were the main reason I kept them. I could walk all day in these. The style is a bit tree hugger for me, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I won’t wear these to look sexy or cute with a dress but with shorts, capris or jeans they will be great!

I bought these for my daughter, who has wide feet. These are very narrow for wide feet. But so cute!

Great product

These are soft and comforting as well as cute. The only thing that I don't like, but this is peculiar to my feet, is that the leather top section pushes into my skin so that it creates a slight "wrinkled" look right at my ankle -- not the most flattering look, but this probably won't happen to other people. These are so comfortable, I don't even card about that minor visual effect.

One foot fit perfectly, but the other was noticibly smaller and uncomfortable. I wish they came in half sizes. Also, the color is more than a burnt orange than red.

Very cute, fit nicely. I'm sending back because I'm concerned that the rigid leather is going to hurt my wittle toes at the front of the shoe. It is not soft at all. They might soften up, but I don't want to take the chance that they won't.
