Using boots for wildlife photography. Have been trekking over all sorts of terrain. Most impressive was wading in a rocky surf zone for 30 minutes. My feet were warm and comfortable immersed in December ocean water. The boots are tough so sharp rocks and barnacles were no problem. Also, slippery seaweed covered footing was easily handled. They were also very comfortable from day one.

This is my first pair of Muck Boots and I love them! For my many trips to the barn and outdoors, these boots are comfortable and keep my feet dry and warm. In the muddy areas, the traction provides me with stability which is especially useful when I am leading horses through the mud!

These boots are not ony comfortable, but are truly waterproof and keep the feet warm! The height of the boot prevents snow and water from getting inside. Definately would recommend!

The High-Cut Arctic Sport Muck Boots are a great buy and great product. I can't wait to get out and use this product more often. The tread design on these boots give excellent traction and I expect them to keep me warm when the temperature starts to drop again. The size on these boots seem to run big. I normally where an 11 shoe/boot and the size that fit the best was 10.

These boots are great - warm, very high without being waders, fine construction. Just got 'em so don't know how long they will last, but already used them where i used to get my feet week and dirty, and came out clean and dry.

These boots replace a pair of boots that I bought at LLB's several years ago. Thses old boots were fantastic and I wore them many times ice fishing, shovelling snow, and whenever it was just soggy wet in the yard. However, over this past year, the old boots were cracking badly and I really couldn't wear them anymore...These replacement boots are fantastic. The comfort and construction of them goes way beyond the previous boots that I had. I am very happy with them. As to the service that I received at LLB's with the new boots...the service I received from the very knowledgeable gentleman in fishing and the tracking of the package from shipping to my house was excellent. Your fishing dept. is 2nd to none!!! Thanks !!!

For the first time ever, I have been able to go steelheading in cold weather (12 degrees) on a drift boat in upper Michigan -- and be WARM. These boots rock. I wish I had found these 10 years ago...

After years of cold and wet feet, I can plow and shovel snow and my feet are warm. I didn't know what I was missing.

Fit well, can get them on and off without a great hassle, warm and easy when walking in the snow. Like the height.

My 2nd pair of Muck Boots, having worn out a pair after 4 years. The most comfortable tall winter boot you will ever own. Warmth is spot on, and weight is surprisingly light. Short break in period, that chaffed a bit on the old pair, but not as much on this model. Bought the same model for my wife who also Loves them and she has cold feet, er , um, i mean... usually complains of cold feet when outside for any length of time. Not a bargain at the price, But worth the money if you spend any time outdoors in the snow or on the ice.

Recently, we had a snow storm leaving us with 12+ inches and 4 days of temps between 15 and -4. I wore these boots at every time I went out. I never slipped, never had wet feet, and my feet were NEVER COLD. Construction is excellent down to the "ridge" on the heel to make taking the boots off easier. If you buy these and are disappointed, well, then you are just too dang picky! A most excellent purchase.

Came just in time for the 20 inches of snow we got! kept toes warm and dry.

With all the snow we've been having in New England, I wanted to get some boots that would be able to splash through puddles and snow drifts and also allow me to keep my pants dry on my walk to and from work. These boots have been perfect! The height of the boot allows me to tuck in my pants to keep them dry, even through many inches of snow and sludge. The neoprene allows them to fit very tightly, but not uncomfortably, against my calf so no cold air or precipitation gets through to my feet and since the bottom is rubber, there are no worries about salt and other elements staining them. They are not the most fashionable, but I don't really mind because they keep my feet dry and warm.

These are the warmest, and most comfortable winter boots I have ever owned. They are very easy to get on and off, and are outstanding. My only regret is that I waited so long to purchase these. The price may seem steep in comparison to other boots on the market, but I am GLAD I got the Muck brand. Worth every penny.

I bought these for my husband and then promptly borrowed them for myself (although I need 2 sizes smaller). I took them on a Winter Campout Weekend and wasn't ever cold with temps in the teens. I will be ordering for myself very soon. Just wonderful!

You can wear these boots everywhere. They are warm, water proof and best of all you can slip them on and off with relative ease. I have received many compliments on these boots since my purchase and would not be surprised if I see some of my friends stomping around in a pair now that they have seen mine. These may be the last pair of boots I have to buy.

I bought these boots after looking at and trying on several different pairs of winter boots. I needed something easy to put on with good insulation and waterproofing. These boots are perfect! They are roomy but don't slip, are very warm, get excellent traction, and are completely waterproof. Plus my boys say I look like a Rescue Hero! You can't beat these boots for winter snow boots, especially for the price.

I was looking to purchase this pair of boots during the holidays and they were backlogged and mysteriously after the holidays they became immediately available. In the meantime; I tried another brand name unfortunately and the fit was incorrect and the boots were not as marketed as high cut boots. I am so glad I persisted and returned the other boots and placed the order with LL Bean. The customer service was great and they even were able to ship to a store close by to avoid shopping (every little bit helps). I love my new boots and they arrive the eve of this seasons 2nd snow storm. The fit is great (advice to go 1/2 size up was perfect; as usually wearing thicker socks then anyway. Easily the most comfortable snow boot I have ever tried. They look great PLUS my feet do not sweat as much as wearing other boots. I foresee these boots lasting a good while; but if for any reason they fail I know LL Bean's legendary policy will make it right.

BEST PAIR OF BOOTS I HAVE HAD IN THE LAST 50 YEARS. WARM-DRY AND THE FIT IS JUST RIGHT..

My oldest son is not familiar with LLBean products and has heard me rave about them for a long time. I bought him these boots and he abolutely loves them. He has worn them constatnly since he got them, and says they feel like slippers.

If there is one thing LL Bean can always be trusted for, it's footwear. I could stick my bare feet in these and my cold feet would be warm and dry. I sweat a lot and my feet don't sweat in these. I don't know what they do in the design of these but it's incredible. If you work or spend lots of time in the cold/damp weather, these are well worth the investment. The negatives are that they are unattractive and I look like I should be doing a goosestep while wearing them. They also fit tight in the leggings portion of the boot so my signficant other has to sometimes help to pull these off. But, I think that's part of the reason your feet stay warm and dry. They are suprisingly easy to walk in. My youngest dog has no shoestrings to pull which is great!

I am a woman that farms in northern Vermont, and since all of my "waterproof" boots leaked, I took the plunge and invested in a pair of these. The sizing was tricky, the Men's 7 was too small, the 8 a bit big, but overall I'm pleased with how invincible I feel when trudging through the wet muck. Can't wait to have these on come sugaring time! I just hope they hold up and last longer than a year, which is the average time for a pair of my boots...

i was shopping for a replacement for a leaking pair of lacrosse boots and these were recommended to me by a friend. must remember to hug him when i see him next! these boots are more comfortable than any other of its type that i have worn and they are warm & d dry to boot! (pun intended!) i am using them for woods tramping during hunting season but can see that they will serve me well for other uses. highly recommended.
