Fits well and very flattering, been looking for a pair of ballerina type shoes and all of their shoes are beautiful. I have many brands of high end and these I highly recommend, hands down.

I read a million reviews and finally a blogger review pushed me over the edge for the Demi flat. I was looking for a professional ballet flat that I could comfortably wear all day and these deliver! They're gorgeous, have great insoles and a timeless style!

Perfect fit, high quality leather, great price point

I purchased these shoes for not only the beauty of them, but for the comfort. I wore these on my wedding day and although my feet were tired from dancing, they didn't hurt! I've been wearing these with everything since the wedding. From dresses to pants they are gorgeous.

Great fit, great price, soft and comfortable.

I live these shoes. I have a narrow foot and sometimes have trouble with this style, but these are perfect and I love the color!

It took me three tries to get the correct fit but the staff was very helpful and friendly. I love my shoes and will now order other colors/styles.

Once I got the size right (size a full size down since it's unstructured so it doesn't slip off your heel), the shoe was super comfortable. I also like how it's thoughtfully made, for instance with the heel already having rubber added as this is a prominent area of wear.

I've hit the point in my twenties where I'd rather own a single solid pair of ballet flats than a whole bunch of fun, but poorly made ones. I've owned a pair of Bloch flats and liked those ( before one of the shoes bizarrely disappeared) and wondered if French Sole or Repetto are worth the cost. That is, until I came across Margaux. To me, the Demi nails all the things I love in a ballet flat: almond toe box instead of round ( to me this shape is elegantly elongating and more dainty), quality leather in an array of colors ( since I prefer lighter neutrals over the usual black), the ability to customize width, ties to cinch for a snugger fit, and the fact that they offer matte leather, not the glossy patent that looks ( to my eye) cheaper. The leather bottom is classy and much like the French ballerinas, but I'd bet Margaux ballet flats are far sturdier than the delicate nature of those other brands ( for those of us who want a practical, durable shoe). I will say, I thought there would be no break in period, but for me there was. The heel area rubbed a bit, but not nearly like you'd experience with a cheaper shoe, plus a clear bandaid can fix that, till the foot and shoe get used to one another. I suppose this is the mark of good quality leather; that it needs to be warmed and stretched with use means it wasn't pre broken in and will likely hold its shape in the long haul. Definitely recommend.

It's a perfect classy shoe for every day. The cerulean color is gorgeous now in the summer and I'm really enjoying it! Molly from Margaux has also been extremely kind after I returned the saddle colored shoe because it got water stains. She made the exchange no problem, and was very accommodating. Will definitely be coming back

LOVE MY SHOES!!! only thing is the soles scuff up so easily.

The world of ballet flats: there are high end flats that I can't stomach paying more than $250 for and there are cheaper flats that just don't quite look as classic or fit as well as it should. These are perfect. They're not cheap but they're made beautifully well made. The leather, bow, and insole are all well thought out. Classic pair of flats! No toe cleavage, the leather is smooth and the quality is amazing! Excellent service as well. Exchange for a size smaller was seamless and quick. Slight break in period but I've had worse. These are excellent flats for the price and the quality you get!

Ordered my usual size, 13M. Margaux fit was too snug, returned the 13s, re-ordered 13.5 - which came immediately and fit perfectly. Perfect & Thanks!! Great return process and very easy.

These flats are well made and of quality materials, like ones you'd expect to hear someone say "I got these at a boutique in France." They wear well immediately, no break in time. The sizing is true to size, but if you're in between, go with the smaller size. For example, I wear a 7-7.5, and the 7 fit best in this style.
