The shoes are very comfortable but the black shoe should have a black heel.

The shoes are beautiful and I love the cute packaging. Unfortunately, I had to send them back again because they are still too large.

Most expensive shoes I've bought for myself. They are supple and beautiful and I feel fancy when I wear them.

But it fits a bit looser than my other Demis. Could be because its suede.

I hadn’t intended to buy pink shoes but these were the only available color in my size. They are very cute on but the bottom was slippery. They felt a little large. They tend to bring the big toe inward so I decided it wasn’t the right cut in the toes for me. Would love to see a much more rounded toe or shape of a human foot instead of big toe tapered in.

Not really narrow ... I walked out of the heel. But I loved the shoe; beautiful leather and lovely color. Sadly I had to return. :(

The shoes are beautifully made . I spoke with someone at Margaux before choosing my size. I am usually an 11N... so that is what I ordered. But the shoe was too wide and my foot kept slipping out even with a heel pad.So I exchanged for a 10 1/2 N because sometimes this problem can be solved by sizing down a half size. But they are too short snd I still needed a heel pad . I love them and tried to wear them but got blisters because they were too small I was so impressed with the shoe itself theI am going to try another style

The shoes are lovely. I was hoping that they would work for narrow foot. They slip at the heel though. I wish they had elastic there. I will return them.

Love the rich brown leather and feel of these lovely ballet flats. They are true to size but my heel slips out of the shoes. I had to order some pads to attach to the inside of the heel to keep my feet in the shoes. Somehow I thought they would be adjustable through the band around the shoes but I must have misunderstood that.

Shoes were shipped quickly and are beautiful. Quality great. Had to return for a half size bigger, customer service was helpful and responsive. The exchanged shoes ended up fitting a little too big.

I love, love, love the look and quality of these shoes, but unfortunately I could not get a good fit. The first pair I tried were too tight in the toe box. Margaux customer service told me that the same size in a wide width would probably be the best fit; however, the color I wanted was unavailable in that size. So I exchanged them for a half size larger in the medium width, but it was too big. Since the suggested size is unavailable in the color I want, I returned the shoes for a refund.

Very nice shoe but to get it to stay on my heel I had to get a size smaller than normal and it is a little tight around the toes, even in wide width. Very attractive shoe- hopefully toe box will stretch enough to be comfortable,

This is my second pair from Margaux. I have a narrow foot, so I decided to try the narrow width for this pair. Although the shoe is a little snug, I think with time they will be perfect. The color is darker than I had hoped for. The photos look lighter/brighter than the actual product. I'm keeping mine anyway.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable! They are probably the most comfortable flats I've ever owned and in my opinion WAY more comfortable than the point style. The only downside is that the drawstring doesn't really hold tight so if you rely on that for sizing you may find these shoes to be difficult.

I had a little trouble finding the correct size, but customer support was great and we kept at it until we got it right. The shoes are comfortable and I'm breaking them in so they fit perfectly. It was a great help to have the lace around the edge which helped to tighten up the heel.. glad I stuck with it!

Comfortable, but the string adjustment is a bit cumbersome.
