I actually love my shoes... i was waiting so long for a comfortable and pretty shoe and now i finally got it....One thing though, it got wet once from the rain and misshaped a little. Is there anything you can advise how to get it back to AWESOME? THANKS A MILLION!!!!!!

These flats are super comfortable and do not rub my heels at all. Great for wearing all day. My commute to work is a half mile walk each direction and these are a dream come true.

The whole experience from purchase to shipping and then arrival of these shoes was amazing. The Demi is beautifully crafted and fits like a glove. I would say any of their shoes will be amazing. I will be ordering more.

Per other reviews, I decided to buy it a little smaller: 38N instead of 38M, but had to return and get my regular size, as narrow ended up being too narrow for me. It's comfortable and I love that it's adjustable. When my size came, it was coming a bit off in the back when I walked, so I adjusted it with the string and it's now a perfect fit, feels like it's been custom made. I've been eyeing another color to buy. I can see I'll have several of these!
