Takes a day or two for your feet to mold comfortably in the shoe. Been wearing for a week and very comfy. I'm now looking for sock liners that fit properly in the shoe (ie. aren't visible when wearing the shoe), as the sock liners I have now are visible, given that the material at the toe end of the shoe is less than other flats (and perhaps a reason why my toes don't feel squished in :) Giving 4 stars as I don't exactly like the way the suede material looks, just a personal preference. I got 39 (8.5) wide (my usual size), fits great. I completed the made-to-measure (measured several times) and was planning to get those, but asked Margaux what size my measurements came to, and they said I would be a size 37 (7). I'm glad I didn't end up ordering those!

The black suede flats padding molded perfectly to my feet for marvelous comfort and I didn't have to break the shoes in to feel comfortable. Comfortable fro the start.

I love these shoes, my only issue is that the left foot fits considerably looser than the right one, this has never happened with any other pairs of shoes that I have. I was able to correct the problem by using a self-adhesive heel grip liner. I also absolutely loved the packaging and the way this arrived. The attention to detail was exceptional. I'd definitely still buy from here again.

I was instructed to order the 8.5 wide (I've always been an 8 M). Shoes were too long and too wide. Reordered an 8 M. Beautiful & very comfortable.

Beautiful shoe, but needed to try another size before settling to line the heel for nearly comfortable fit. However, a flat sterling color shoe is hard to find.

Normally, I would have given any Margaux flat a straight 5, but this particular shoe is made from firmer material so requires some time breaking it in.

I find wearing flats the most comfortable. I love the look of the shoe and I must say, I had a hard time selecting which color to order. The choices are very desirable and colorful. I was so pleased how quickly my shoes arrived. When I tried the shoes on in the store, they fit perfectly. But the pair I received seems to gape a little and the right one is a little too big,. Perhaps the ballet slipper would be a better fit for me. I would certainly encourage others to check the shoes out.

Super cute and great erch and soul support. The "wide" width felt like a regal width.

Narrow shoes that fit me comfortably are getting harder to find. The looks of the shoe is nice, but they were very uncomfortable to walk in. Insole is hard and heel slipped. Returned.

not overwhelming considering the price you pay. You'll get the same quality for half the price... and who needs this fancy shoe box from margaux?!

I ordered these in Narrow width and my heel came right out of the shoe. Wish I could find shoes for "duck shaped" low-volume foot (ideal shoe would be very narrow in the heel and mid-foot, but not squeeze the forefoot).

Shoe is lovely but I had to return them because felt tight on top of toe area.

Bought these in a narrow width. The length was fine but they slipped right off my heels. Wish someone would make a shoe for a low-volume foot (very narrow heel and mid-foot, but regular width in the toes).

Alas, I thought these would accommodate my feet better than the pointy ones. Nope. It's made-to-measure for me. If you're lucky enough to have narrow enough feet to fit their standard sizes, they are beautiful shoes with a decent amount of padding in them that look well made.
