So here goes. I received my shoes the other day and to my dismay they were too small, I have a size 12 in woman's (EU 42) so I ordered a full size up (43) and at the same time downloaded a return shipping label to put on the box. The whole process was so simple although I was disappointed in the shoe not fitting me , the shoe itself was absolutely stunning and looked to be very well made. I cannot wait to receive my new size and will definitely report my findings. Oh ! by the way, when I contacted them via email, they got back to me withing a few hours, her name was Molly. So far I am loving this company and I haven't even received the replacement yet. I'll keep you posted.

I purchased the Classic Ballet flat in the green. It is a beautiful shade-- a vey soft green. A great neutral for my wardrobe.

Great shoes many colors and styles to choose from.

After years of searching for the perfect black flats, I finally found them. These are comfortable, simple, and classic.

I LOVE my Classic in Leopard. They are gorgeous and feel like pillows on my feet.

Not only is this a beautiful, well made shoe, but the fit was great. no need to really break them in. I only wish that this style came in matte black leather! I could see myself owning a few more pairs.

Size fits well. Like the styling very much.

My leopard flats are such fun & comfortable. I find my self in all black or perhaps jeans and the flats really pull the outfit together. Love them! PS Only wish you would make a nude calf hair flat:)

The "Classic" is just that - stylish, comfortable (right out of the box), well-made. Very happy with my purchase. The Midnight suede goes with everything.

This is my second pair of Classic ballet flats and I love them!! The first pair I ordered, I did the whole custom thing (turned out great, btw), so for my second pair I thought I would just by some ready to wear ones. They also have increased the lead time for the custom flats, and I didn't want to wait. I usually wear a size 7, but in ballet flats I find a 7.5 is more comfortable. I ordered the 37.5 and they fit great! They do not pinch, did not rub any blisters, and were super comfortable right out of the box. The quality is exceptional! These are gorgeous, comfortable, and the perfect classic flat!

These are extremely comfortable! Never had to be broken in, no blisters or pinching! My only tiny issue is that I submitted the foot length measurement exactly as I measured it, and the shoes ended up being a teeny tiny bit too short. They fit like a glove, and I wish I had added 3-5 mm to the length measurement that I submitted. Then they would have been perfect!!! They have stretched out a bit with wear, so my toes aren't in the end anymore, but if I order another custom pair, I will make them a few mm longer.
