The backs are an amazing bonus feature! We had a different brand originally (N@tives) and found that when we were going to and from the pool the backs would rub on our heels and develop blisters. We ride bikes to swim practice every day so closed-toe shoes are a must and the flexible, cushioned back makes these our absolute favorite shoes for summer.

My grandson LOVES these shoes...that's all that matters to this Grandma!

They are for my great-grandson. He had them last year & wore them all summer. Even put them in the washing machine! He has two pair this year.

I bought this shoe for my 4 year old to wear on our vacation. He would not take them off! We walked 10+ miles a day (literally) and he never complained about his feet hurting. They were also great for water rides!

My boys 9yrs old and 11 yrs old love these shoes. Purchased them at the beginning of summer and they wear them nonstop. They are holding up and love that they are waterproof. The boys have even wore them to Disney. I wish they made them in bigger sizes my oldest son will out grown them soon and they are his favorite shoes.

These are AMAZING shoes for son. My son has high functioning autism and it's really hard to find shoes he is comfortable in. He has worn these all summer to camp and they are still rocking! I want to buy them in every size. Please restock!

I wish i could wear these shoes, unfortunately they are too wide.

Bought these for my 4 year old son who is very active. I love the durability of these shoes and hold up well during play time. I'm happy with this purchase and have already bought him another pair in the next size up. The only thing I have an issue with is getting these on him~ the fabric ends up under his heel when I slip them on and have difficulty pulling it out and around his heel. I also think they could improve on more neutral color schemes as well (example: navy with light blue heel, grey with black heel, etc) Other than that, these are a great buy and recommend them.

This is a great shoe and my son is very picky about shoes & he really likes these. However, the choices of color & style between boys & girls in this shoe is sad. My son would've loved a tie-dyed pair too. Do better please boys like fun things too.
