We LOVE this style of shoe but for whatever reason the new style with the backing has the stitching come off. With ONE use the shoes can't even be worn anymore because of the poor stitching design. DO NOT BUY. We have bought 5 pairs from 2 different sources and ALL have had this happen

Not happy they 'broke' after 2 hours of wear and the company will not return my calls or emails.

My two year son got these shoes for Easter to wear this summer. He wore them once and on the first day the string started to pull. I emailed Sketchers, but never heard back. He wore them a handful more times to play in our yard and now the fabric is completely pulling off. I tried to call sketchers, but their office is called. Apparently there is no one working in this company to respond to calls or emails. I may have purchased a defective pair, but it is not right that no one is available to help me at this time.

I bought two pairs of shoes, one for each of my boys. My older sons shoes are holding up great, he loves them. They are easy for him to slide on and off. My younger son's pair started to rip on about the 5th time he wore them. The back lining started to rip off the actual shoe. I emailed customer service multiple times and have not heard back from them. The only email I got was an automated one with information on how they received my inquiry and how to return them. I simply asked in my emails for an exchange of the same pair. I'm disappointed.

I like the way they look and slip on but they do not last the back part that hold the foot in came un stitched after 4 times wearing. He is only 2 yrs old so not like they are being put to the test.

Heel lining stitching fell apart after 3 x 20 minute uses. Contacted customer service. Heard nothing back for 2 weeks and then got asked to fill in this feedback form! So far a terrible experience all round.

These shoes began to fall apart after 2 days of minimal wear from my kid. The designs also scuffed off super easily. Really they just look bad. Hoping I'm able to return to get a refund because it's a waste of money, I do not recommend this.

I ordered for my baby who is 22 months and it gets damage in one week .. so bad quality.. i ordered because my kids 6 years old likes so i order for my bany bad its really bad quality.. the baby used it for a week and my big kid for 1month and also it's getting damaged

The backing/stitching started to come off of these after my 2 year old wore them for less an hour! Really disappointed in the quality.

These shoes fell apart within an hour of wear. Will not buy again

Bought for my grandson. After less than 10 wears they are coming apart at the side seams. Will be returning them

I bought these for my 6 year old son so that his feet could breathe and not have to wear socks this summer and get stinky boy foot. I really liked the neoprene backing that helps keep the shoe on, or one could lower the back to make a more mule like or slip on shoe. After the boy wore them for 2 days the stitching on both shoes has come loose and the neoprene is almost half off one shoe. For the price I guess I got what I paid for, next time I'll try Croc's.

My toddler wore these for one afternoon and the stitching on the back already popped off. I sent them back and have received zero confirmation of the return and have not received my refund either. Very disappointed. I wanted to love these shoes and they did look adorable on my toddler for those few hours. But hello, one afternoon of wear and they're already broken. Not cool. And more than 2 weeks have passed....more like 3....and no refund. Not cool Skechers. Not cool.

I would like to return the shoe. I contacted via phone and was told to email, I emailed immediately and have received no response. I would like to return the shoe and not pay for return shipping.

This show is so cute. I bought it for my grandson. He loved them, he is two. They fell apart the first time he wore them. The material around the back came un-stitched. I have tried calling customer service, they are not working because of the virus. I have emailed but have not gotten a response. Got the shoes on 5/4, gave to a little boy on 5/6, his mom sent me a picture of them tore up on 5/9 which is the day i sent the email. Today is 6/14.

Sadly, my daughter wore these outside for less than 2 hours and they were already falling apart. Will have to return. I am bummed. These were cute and I love the design of the back that makes it easier to get on and off and not rub on their foot.

They are too tight/small. Broke the skin on my heels and have not been able to wear them.

Go walk used to be the most comfortable shoe. So far I've gone through 4 pairs of the newer ones and they are horrible. I don't have wide feet and these are so tight it was painful. This pair in particular is also rough and stiff and the shoe laces are pointless because this is more of a slip on type shoe.

Too flimsy for the price.

I bought these to help my son slip on shoes easily. They are too hard for him to put on and do not serve well the purpose for which I bought them

Too narrow for grandson and need to return them
