I bought two pairs of these, one for each kid (3 and 5). The glitter mist ones were fine. These swirl colored ones tore badly. I reached out to customer service to get a quick exchange, which I thought might be a bonus of having bought directly from Skechers. However, after doing the involved form and pictures, then the plan was, I send them back and they will evaluate in some absurd amount of time and then maybe I get a refund or exchange. That's wonderful in the summer when my kids need their water shoes (eye roll). So, my kids kept using the torn ones, I pointed out the defect to many, and my kids will never get those again. Heckuva job Skechers customer service. Way to lose a customer and have these defective shoes out there in groups of kids, showing how bad they are.

These shoes are cute but not nearly as comfortable as any of my other pairs. I have a narrow foot and these were tight even for me. Feel stiffer than most Skechers. The elastic band at the top Rubbed my ankles causing a rash. These will get donated. Very disappointed that my last 2 pairs (bought together) did not fit the same as my other 15 pairs. May need to switch brands or only buy in store where I can try them on.

My son, who does not walk, wore these for ONE day and the back part of the shoe already started coming unstitched. There is one thin string that keep the backs on and it is a very poor design. These shoes are super cute which is why I bought them. Super disappointed they fell apart after one wear.

I bought these for my 11 year old grandson. He had them on for less than an hour when one of the strap buttons broke in half.. within the next hour the other button broke. Very disappointed that the shoe broke so quickly. Bought Sketchers since I wanted them to last.

The shoe is great for kids as it's comfortable and can be lipped off and on quickly. However the pair I received had the holes punched out as if they had done half a punch then righey next to it the complete punch, also the area where the seam meets the was ripped and had a hole that will eventually rip the back part from the rest of the shoe.

I love Skechers, and have a closet FULL of Skechers sneakers and sandals, but this shoe didn't quite meet my expectations. I love the styling, and the shoe fits true to size. The rigidity of the toe area did cause blisters to form on my big toes. Other than that, the shoe is comfortable.

I purchased these shoes based on the sizes from your chart comparing to their previous shoes. When received they were too big so therefore washed them so they can shrink a little since this is what I do with their croc shoes. These shoes shrank sooo much in the width that I cannot force the kids foot into it and therefore not wearable. These shoes are brand new and never worn. Please advise if anything can be done Thanks

These shoes look great! However they did not last long. My 6 year old wore the elastic back off of these shoes within 2 days.

The back elastic portion is falling off. The thread just broke in one spot and apparently the stitches aren't tied anywhere else, so the entire string is unraveling.

I'm so sad about these shoes! I bought a pair for each of my three boys. They came three days ago and my youngest's are already tearing apart at the heel! I ordered a size up so they're definitely not too tight and being pulled or anything. They've just had normal use for three days. I liked the idea of a soft heel but maybe not the best idea after all.

Got these for my 5 year old a few weeks ago and the backing has already unraveled after 2 days of wear. I'm so disappointed because we both really liked the shoes! I did buy a pair for my 2 year old and so far no issues with those.

It wasn't exactly what I wanted but I'm gonna keep them.

The top of the shoe rubs against my toddler's foot, and after just a few minutes of wearing them, he had a raw mark.

Returned these.

My 5 year old wore these a total of 4 times and they completely broke. The stitching came out between the material and the shoe. I sent the picture and the order date. They wanted me to return them and they would inspect. They said to allow for 6-8 weeks. I don't have time to wait for my sons summer shoes

I'm really bummed because my son wore these for a week and the back liner is already ripping out.

The shoe came unsewn the first time my grandson wore them. I have tried contacting and no one is answering phones, virus, or emails. So, overall the shoes are really cute, fit well, but fall apart, and you can't talk to anyone to remedy the issue.

The left shoe had a defect at the iner-side. I had to cut and try to melt away the rest of the scratchy excess material. I don't think I would buy online again. I will need to go into a Skechers store and try them on to make sure they have no manufacturing defects like this one had.

Not the quality product I've purchased in the past!

Bought this pair for my 5-year-old boy and were worn out in one and half month. The side of the shoe is cracked open. We usded to buy Crocs all year long and have no problem. This is the first pair of Skechers sandle we got. With high expectation but end up with high dissatisfaction

Not good for kids with narrower feet. Run large.

Awful quality. I bought two pairs for each of my kids. One of the pairs fell apart after just a few wears. Unfortunately Skechers doesn't stand by their products so will never buy again.

My son has worn there for approximately 3 weeks and they are already falling apart. I wouldn't suggest these if you have active kids.

It was water day today at his camp. 86 degrees, not too hot, and he said he had to constantly wet his feet, as the shoes got super hot and burnt his feet. Yes, they are breathable and comfortable, but if he cannot wear them when we are out in the sun, what is the point?
