Feet got destroyed and bled in these shoes. I like the Boa aspect but shoes themselves were terrible. And so far the warranty people are not good communication.

Back in May '21, I received a pair pf Packards as a warranty replacement for a faulty pair of DryJoys. I wore them through the summer within no real issues. I did however notice that if there was any form of moisture on the course, my socks were getting damp and there was also evidence of water staining on the internal parts of the shoe. I played in the rain with them the several days ago, and my socks/feet were wet. My playing partners socks/feet were not wet at all. These shoes are not waterproof at all!

Footjoy shoes no longer fit well to sizes. A 10.5 is too small, and an 11 is too large. And they are narrow. My golfing buddies all find the same thing. Worse, FJ doesn't assist you at all with any problems, even when going through your private club pro, if you don't quickly return. They just tell you to buy another pair. The value for the price is no longer as good as they were. Additionally, I don't like the new style or prices with either the Traditions or the Premier; not as good as the previous DryJoys. The waterproofing quickly expires at the end of their warranty on all of their shoes as well.

I've had DNAs for years; currently own 4 pair. Then it appeared FJ dropped them so I tried out the Ryder Cup Premieres. The narrows are too narrow and the mediums are wider than the predecessor DNA mediums. They are more designed for fat feet, than medium feet. My feet aren't as stable, the cleats do not grab as well and debris is impossible to get out of the cleats. I have tightened the shoes strings to the point that the sides of the saddle are touching over the tongue and they still aren't stable. They slip, don't grip. If I could send them back, I would.

I've only worn them once, but got the largest heel blister? Hoping this is a break in issue. So I purchased some heel protectors.

size 14 was an awful fit, I really wanted some blue shoes. This was with the standard insert, forget using a substituted orthotic footbed - which you at FootJoy need to allow for - and don't as one of your competitors do. Too short, heel far too wide (This is a common "LAST" problem with Foot Joy) Lasts in larger sizes do not reflect the human foot, I'm an Orthopedist and once FootJoy listed which last a shoe was based upon making it easier to anticipate if a shoe would fit.

This model is not up to FootJoy standards of the past. So far I have gotten huge blisters every time I wore them. There is no cushioning in the rear of the shoe around the heel. the whole upper shoe feels cheap. I would never buy another shoe where the upper is 3D printed.

You should inform customers that this shoe is a European cut and runs extremely narrow.

Purchased these shoes at the end of April. The second time I wore them the eyelet came loose. I returned them to the store over six weeks ago and the store is still waiting for a credit from the factory. Apparently, 5 pairs have been returned for the same reason and the factory wants to process the credits at the same time. Shocking service from a brand that I have always enjoyed.

These shoes look great but every single time I have played in dry weather with early morning dew on the grass they have ended up letting in water. Regret buying, never happened with my last pair of PRO SLs, sending back to see if I can swap.

Life long Footjoy shoe fan. Thought I would upgrade to the Flint after spending the past 5 or so years in the DNA. The first pair I ordered in my normal size, I returned as I was sliding around in them and decided to go with a 1/2 size smaller. Second pair felt good at home, but ended up with a quarter sized blister on my inner heel after my first round. I had hoped they just needed broke in, but after my 2nd round, realized that the pinky toe on my opposite foot was smashed during the round and I have a blood blister under that toe nail. It's a great looking shoe, but not worth the money when you can't walk after a round. Back to my old DNA's

I have been using this shoe for about a month and they seem fine but the break across the toe box is ugly looking - not clean and bulging up. Btw, this is the fourth pair of high end footjoys for me going into the fifth year - I walk about 100 rounds or so per year, and nothing has held up. Meanwhile I've probably run 100s of miles with the same pair of sneakers for three years, through rugged mountainous terrain, without issue. The first pair of Dry Joys I bought four years ago were very nice and comfortable, fit to size, etc. but the upper peeled away from the soul after one season. So I ordered a new pair - exact same size as the old ones - but the shoe was not very comfortable from the get go. My mistake was not sending them back right away. Instead I ordered a pair of SLs, which were very comfortable. However, the upper peeled away from the soul within a season and water started to pour in - junk! My thought was to go back to the ones that didn't fit so well - maybe they just needed a little more breaking in. Unfortunately, no good - could barely get through 9 holes. I tell the pro at the club and he explained to me how great footjoy is with its return policy. Well ...I disagree as I tried sending both shoes back (broken SLs and misfit Dry Joys) and I have just been informed that they are not going to exchange either pair. Fine- I'll never do business with you again and you can have your premiers back as the overall quality is mediocre at best.

I have been buying Dryjoys tour for years 10.5 narrow. I ordrered the Premier the same. It was tiny. Could not get into it. The design is very different and super narrow. I checked the 11 regular in a store and it was still too narrow. The salesman told me he had to take a wide size. So the problem is already known. I just hope you keep the Dryjoys. The sole is also much stiffer on the old Dryjoys and gives a better platform for me.

I bought the shoes on the assumption the choice of size was the same as the Dryjoys. No such luck. They are way smaller and I missed the return date. Beware.

Very disappointed in the coloring of the shoe. Your pictures and advertising of the colors aren't true to form. The shoe design but the "red" is maroon at best and does not look like the pictures on the internet.

This shoe is not a premium shoe, it is not even a comfortable shoe. I wore once with a pair of my premium $10 projoy socks and my feet ached after one 18 hole round. Very little padding in footbed, I could feel the spike pods through the bottom of my feet. These shoes literally have no sole (or SOUL). I expected more from footjoy. Shoes have already been returned.

Going to return this new Premire style. The heal area is open, feels like wearing a open sandals. The Insert arch support is very thin. Nice looking shoe but I could never wear it.
