I've had this hat for a good four years now. It's very lightweight and breathes very well. By far my favorite hat. Will be buying another one, because I'll be bummed if I ever lose it.

I purchased this hat two years when I moved to Ahwatukee, AZ. Absolutely love this hat As you know, it gets here in the desert . It's a very light weight hat. Great in the heat. I've worn this hat camping and to beaches, and I like how the angle of the brim keeps it from flapping around in breezes. My headsize is 22-1/4 (7-1/8) and the medium hat fits fine.

I have a big head, 7 7/8 or so and long hair. Hats that fit and function for me are few and far between. This hat is amazing. Large size fits my big head, have even had to cinch the adjustment strap down some. It is lightweight and the brim is super versatile, can be adjusted easily to fit the needs of the moment. Love it.

Nice hat but ai have a small head and it is fine when the chin strap is on, otherwise it does not adjust to a small enough size for the 21 inch circumference head.

I loved this hat as soon as I tried it on. Very comfortable, lightweight, and the wide down-sloping brim is just what I need traveling in hot, sunny destinations.

Better coverage than other hats from all angles. Vented top keeps my head cooler than woven hats I was using.

Excellent sun protection without quite as large of a brim (only 3" instead of 4"). But I still feel as if it keeps quite a bit of sun off my face and definitely my ears. I wish that it came in some cuter colors for women. It is more stylish than the field hat. I've suffered from skin cancer for years so I will be wearing this hat all the time around town, etc., and will use the ones with the larger brim for longer sun exposure like all day hiking trips.

Just purchased this hat. Like the looks and the lightweight feel. Plenty of protection from the sun. Looking forward to taking it on a trip. I will also use this hat for yard work, golfing and just being out in the sun.

I wear these shirts every day to play tennis in the hot sun in Palm Springs, CA and have never burned or even tanned. They are cool, attractive, wash beautifully, and maintain their shape. I have several white and a couple of each color (the dusk and the jade are favorites), and no longer wear any other shirt.

This is a very comfortable hat for casual use. The strap secures it on a windy day. I wear it loose, but if the wind blows it off the strap catches it. The vent along to top helps to keep me cooler and the hat is soft to the touch. A great buy!

This is my other 'favorite' hat - see Cloudburst Hat. I wanted a simple hat style that does it all when it comes to outdoors use, and sun protection. The Solar Bucket hat rocks! Its lightweight, I throw it on my head and barely feel it's weight - I crumple it up and throw it into my bag, or back pack and it takes up no room.
