Attempted to first purchase a cheap replacement hat on another retail site and regretted quickly when the quality and feel did not compare with Sunday Afternoon hats. I won't make that mistake again. Sunday Afternoon hats are once every penny.

Had this hat for years. I wear it water jogging in the ocean twice a week and keep my keys in the pocket inside the crown. Everyone in my group now wants one!

great for sun for sure! colour is a bit different so helps us differentiate from sea of tan/khaki hats we have. if there were darker browns or some other bolder/brighter colours, i think we'd love to have them even more.

Size and color was great. The blue was a perfect color for me.

If it's hot outside, this hat is on my head. Since I travel everywhere on foot, this hat is on my head every day in the summertime. It keeps my neck and face protected. I use to wear sunscreen everyday and it either ran into my eyes, or onto my lips and I ended up with my eyes burning and / or not feeling so well. These days, I wear my Latitude hat and Sunday Afternoons Sun Sleeves with Hand Cover, and I no longer wear sunscreen. It can be 110 outside, and I never get sun burned.

The search is over! I have a big head with thick hair. It fits great with around the rim even with my hair in a bun, also has adjustment chord around the rim and chin strap to secure during windy days. Great coverage on top, with a lightweight material, head does not get hot. Brim is way wider than your ordinary hats, dint have to worry about my chin/cheek being exposed to the sun. Under the brim is dark and it helps with glare. Overall it was a great purchase. Not that compact BUT it folds halfway flat for storing in a bag.

This is a wonderful summer hat, very high quality, comfortable, nice wide brim. I bought this hat for my husband, and he loves it. It will last for many years.

Just what I was looking for! I'm trying to embrace my "old lady hobbies" as my partner says and needed a good hat for gardening/out in the yard hat. This was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Fit is great, nice and light and breathable.

It's really hard for me to find a hat that fit my head size so I'm very happy that this one does! The only thing I wish it had is a ponytail opening it would be perfect!

Great hat for keeping you protected from the sun! It has venting for cooling and a place for sunglasses and keys. The chin strap is an added bonus! Just a great hat!!

This is a great hat. It gives me plenty of coverage with the wide brim and the sizing is spot on for my fat head.

I used to own an Oyster farm on Long Island and wore this hat every day on the boat. I have one at our place in Florida and one for up here. The latitude hat by far is the absolute best hat for staying out of the sun I've worn. I tried quite a few other ones before the latitude and nothing was as light and cool as yours! I can't say enough for the quality this hat is amazing. When your in the sun "all day" this hat will protect you like none other!

I have a large head. I ordered a large. Fits perfectly. Also, this is a very well made hat. Looking forward to wearing it and lasting a long time.

Overall the Sunday Afternoon Latitude hat is a beautiful hat, well made with thoughtful details. But for me, the 4 inch brim was too much. Decided to exchange it for the Sunday Afternoon Cruiser hat with the 3 inch brim.

Awesome hat! As a guy with a big head (23.5") I was seriously happy to find a hat that wouldn't cut off circulation to the top of my head. XL fits comfortably- good enough to stay put on a calm day; I use the strap if there's a breeze.
