I have the lighter color Havana hat in small and love it. When I got this one in the darker shade I was disappointed in the quality and the size. Not the same at all? Different weave and weight and size was bigger?

This has been my all time favorite sun hat for many years. I recently purchased a new one in the same size medium as my others and it was so huge. I am going to try the small but something about the hat does not seem the same... I will give another review once I try the small.

Not sized right. Material listed as paper which is light and easy but what ever this is made of is very heavy and not comfortable to wear. Because it is too big and heavy when worn the indent on the top disappears because the hat falls down the head.

I thought this looked like a light weight cool summer hat. It was sent in a plastic bag! Not a proper hat box like the other two hats I bought years ago and still enjoy. The buyer that chose this for L.L.Bean never touched this hat! Rediculously heavy weight and too large too!! I'm not often disappointed with quality; however, this is just awful! No one will enjoy this!

I love the hat but it came misshaped and can't figure out how to re shape it.

Sits very high on head, like it isn't deep enough. Had to return. I should have purchased smaller size, but still wouldn't help with the depth.

I very much like that Havana hat. But the reason why I gave it three stars is there is kind of a dent in the front of the hat where there shouldn't be a dent. I haven't worn the hat yet so I'm hoping after I wear it a few times it will kind of relax and fall out.

I ordered the large it was too large, i ordered the medium it was too small. I wore it anyway. I wanted to wear it for golfing. I did and the perspiration on my head was absorbed by the hat which is good. However, the black band bled into the cream hat hat. Not so nice. I'm trying a different hat

Great hat,wanted to get this hat for my son and myself. Really wish it would come in XL size for those of us with big Scandinavian heads! Had to buy elsewhere, that's why the 2 star.

Large/Extra Large doesn't cut it. Not even close to fitting an extra large head.

The hat was all smashed down because it was packed in a plastic bag and not a proper hat box.

The Hat was sent in a bag! The material was cracked increased throughout.

This arrived all crumpled, really bad packaging, returning this item

The hat had a clown fit in that it had NO fit. The center top indentation comes down so low the hat does a balancing act on your head.

Too heavy for a summer hat. Too big so it was returned.

The hat was too big. The sizing instructions were mid leading

Nothing great and can't get wet so how is it ever cleaned. Also not comfortable and the sizing is off. Way too expensive for what it is. Don't waste your time with it. The return process was a hassle too.

Cheap materials, bad craftsmanship, paper hat, can not get wet
