Went to store and had foot measured to ensure shoe size was correct and fit was good. Ordered pair and was too small and not the same fit. Shoe was too tight on top of foot and much more tight all around. Ended up having to buy 1 size bigger . Disappointed !

I have always purchased New Balance for mainly running. I have always purchased 880, just updating to the current version. The last two times I have purchased the shoes, I have noticed the quality has gone down. My suspicions is it is due to not being American made. I am very disappointed and sadly had to return the shoes.

Have purchased 880's for last pair and was very pleased - have worn them out. New 880's were very disappointing -- my standard size 9 1/2 fit more like a narrow fit and was not as long as my prior pair so 9 1/2 felt too short -- very uncomfortable. Seemed like a cheeper version to me all around and not proper fit.

I love the comfort of the fresh foam shoes and have ordered them several times. The last pair I received did not fit the same as previous orders. Short in the big toe on one shoe and short in the little toe on the other. I've had this happen before with a different type of New Balance shoes where the shoe was changed. Not sure I will buy them again. The shoes are expensive and have inconsistent fit.

I ordered these shoes for my wife who has just had a foot reconstruction due to diabetic complications and New Balance are one of the few brands that have wide fittings that we have found. These particular shoes are not available in Australia because for whatever reason NB Australia does not carry the complete lineup of shoes. I ordered these shoes online and had them addressed to a trans-shipper to ship them to Australia. The next day I got an email from NB that the order had been canceled and no reason given. Perhaps if NB wants reviews of shoes they sell, they should actually sell the shoes first.

I really love the colors, but the fit is awful. I bought two different pairs in different colors, but same size. On one pair the left shoe is too short and in the other pair, the right shoe is too short. I'm highly disappointed and will be sending both pairs back. Ironically, I have ordered the same size a couple of years ago and they fit just fine. Too bad these didn't.

Not good for people with plantar fasciitis with custom orthopedics. You feet will bust out over the sides of the shoe.

I wanted to love this shoe especially through past brand recognition for comfort, but it disappointed me. It is not comfortable nor wide. The style and white color is nice, but the shoes hurt my feet. They are quite expensive to hurt your feet. I would love to return, but I have worn them. If you are looking for wide shoes that are comfortable, please look elsewhere.

I cannot wear these shoes they hurt my big toe so I am bak to my old New Balance. They were supposedly the same model.....

New version changed again cannot even fit my foot. Been wearing last 2 versions of 880 and they get smaller with every change. So disappointed

I returned my shoes. Didn't fit. Too tight, although ordered 1/2 size larger than what I wear. My Visa statement showed I was never refunded. Fresh Foam 880 style. Bought exact same shoe this size 1 1/2 yrs ago at New Balance Store & fit fine. Not happy.

Ordered the size that usually fits perfectly from New Balance but these run very narrow. Had to return.

I wear a size 12 in women's, so it is very hard to find sneakers. New Balance has slways been good but these shoes seem to small and too tight. Its as simple as "go up a 1/2 size" as size 12 is usually the biggest to be found. Disappointed.

Bought shoes after a previous set stated falling apart. Gave me a gift for bout 70% of value and needed to spend an additional $40.00 dollars to buy a new set. Did not get the full credit. It was less than a year you figure I would get the full warranty on a gift coupon.

I was thrilled when I discovered the NB 880sv9 in wide, which actually fit my wide foot. They were so comfortable and supportive. Fast forward two years, and I bought a pair of 880v10s in wide, and they were drastically more narrow than the v9s. I exchanged them for a pair of 880v10 2E width shoes, and was again thrilled with my running shoes. Fast forward again to the v11s, and the design is once again HORRENDOUSLY too narrow for my foot. Comparing the v10s to my v11s, they are at least a quarter of an inch narrower in the heel and in the ball of the foot. My toes were jammed up against the front of the shoe. Unfortunately, I can't just buy the next width up, as it doesn't exist. I'm extremely disappointed that the shoe I fell in love with was altered over and over again until even a EXTRA WIDE shoe fits like terribly narrow Nike shoe. Why market the shoe as wide or extra wide if you continuously make the shoe design more and more narrow?? That completely negates the point - it's not an extra wide shoe anymore, it's a normal width shoe with false advertising.

I walk for about an hour. After 15 minutes, my soles of feet start to hurt. I've never had this happen until New Balance switched to Fresh Foam. I've purchased 880 since v5. I tried another design with fresh foam. Same effect.

The shoes were too small. I think they were miss sized

New Balance, What Happened?!?!?! I LOVED the 860 v 10 from the moment I put them on. They provided perfect heel stability and plenty of room in the toe box. I expected the same of the v11, but was horribly disappointed. Same size and same width were painfully tight--unwearable! And the heel stability/arch support was totally absent. No correction for pronation or heel stability. I might as well have been wearing high-school fashion shoes rather than athletic workout shoes. *sigh* Why do companies always have to "fix" what isn't broken? Hopefully the v12 will be better. Didn't try them first because the colors are so gaudy. At least if they fit I can dye them or something...

I've been wearing 880s for years but the v11 is cut more narrow and the heel is cut higher, causing the back of the shoe to rub against my Achilles' tendon. Very uncomfortable.

I really loved my v10s and these are absolutely not the same quality. The material is stiff and they are far more narrow. I also worry about the quality control of NB since I tried ordering some replacement v10s and even those didn't fit the same.

These shoes were comfortable for about a month then started breaking down.
