I purchased these for workouts with a personal trainer. I feel like they run a tad small. They were cushiony, comfortable, and did the trick but they are not the most comfortable New Balance shoes I own. Would not purchase them again.

I have bought the same sneaker for a few years now and always loved this style. However, this time the fit seems more narrow with not as wide of a toe bed. How can this be?

I thought I was ordering the Fresh Foam 860v11, but got these instead. These are narrower in the toes and are not as comfortable for my workouts.

I love these shoes! They are amazing for running because of the great cushioning! My usual size in running shoes is an 8, however, I had to return the size 8 for an 8.5. That is the only reason I took off one star. I wish New Balance would be more true to size!

This is the first time I bought a proper running shoe, I had just begun doing casual runs. Like all the reviews say, the shoe is a smaller, tighter fit than average, so I made my first order with a half size up. It fit a bit snug so I had to return my order for another half size up and a wider fit. That didn't leave many options for me in terms of colours so I didn't end up with the colour I wanted (I know that's not the point but still!). The new order came promptly and was a little bit loose which I'm told is perfect for running. Did a few runs with it and it feels fine. The material is harder than I expected but again, I'm told that's what I should be using. No complaints overall but I'm not an experienced runner, so I wouldn't say I'm the best judge for this. Another notable thing was that they don't do exchanges here, you have to refund and make orders if the size isn't right. That wouldn't be too big of a problem except the price changed in the two wks that I had to process a new order. I was told (via phone customer service rep) that they can price match it but then the refund didn't reflect this, and I had to contact their customer service via text to get it fixed. It took some back and forth at first but they were able to do it for me in the end. It's nice to know they actually have a customer service team that is responsive and willing to honour their word, so that's always a plus these days. Hope this review helps!

I bought these sneakers in my size and they don't fit. They are about half a size to small. I lost the receipt and now I am unable to return them.

I have been wearing new balance 880 for about 6 years now these ones fit pretty narrow and I wear wide

I don't run.. I just use this for walking and it is very comfy... They do run small .... I went from a 9.5 to 10 to make it work..

I have several pairs of this shoe, but I'm always on the lookout for new colors in D width. The only issue with this shoe is that the shoelace on the left foot is shorter than on the right. This is an issue I've never encountered on this athletic shoe or any other.
