Comfortable for my wide foot. Wish they had more arch support

I usually wear an 11-1/2 N in New Balance shoes and am disappointed that they don't make many of their shoes in narrow widths anymore. I tried these in an 11-1/2 M based on other reviews that said they run narrow. They fit pretty well but are a bit wide across the toes for me, a bit short, and lack the arch support that my old 1260v7 shoes have. The heels are very cushioned, more so than other New Balance shoes I've owned, so sometimes I feel like I'm walking downhill. Overall, they're OK shoes, but for the cost I'm disappointed they don't fit better. They aren't bad enough to return, but I wouldn't order them again.

I'm a recreational runner who does maybe 15 or so miles per week, including 5k's and the occasional 10k. I love how my 880's fit and feel, it's almost like I can run all day in them. I'd rate them at 5 stars, but I do have two real gripes. First, I'd like to see a larger/longer toe reinforcement at the little toe area, the upper material always blows out there after a season/season and a half of running. Second, I'd like to see a more durable/longer lasting sole, particularly in the high impact areas. They just seem to wear down too quickly, particularly at the heel. Other than those items, I wouldn't change a thing. As you can tell from the photos, I take care of my shoes.

These's shoes fit smaller than last version, but offer the same cushion I need for my longer road runs. These shoes lace up well, and fit my foot snug with no slipping heel. Favorite running shoe so far!

I was worried they would be too small after reviews but they fit perfect. They are comfortable, cushioned, and just enough support. The wide toe box is back. Thank you!

The size was right on as I put my orthotics in these. They are very comfortable for my daily walk.

This is the third pair I have bought and just love them! I tried another brand that was a slip on however, it did not have the support I needed to walk the distances that I do so I ended up ordering a new pair. There is little break-in time and I don't have the back ache that I sometimes do.

I do enjoy how light the shoe is, but with that said, it doesn't feel like enough support on the ankle areas. Well made though!

I've tried on 8.5 wide and xtra wide ( too short and tight) and the 9.5 ( too long and 9 ( too tight) )per the new balance size chart my foot measures 8 extra wide ( incorrect size but is exactly the size I am on brannock measuring device ) So my only option was 9 wide which is slightly too wide and I have to wear thick socks I wish I could exchange them but once you wear these out they can't be exchanged.

I am a outpatient surgery nurse, and these shoes did not disappoint! I am usually a size 8.5 and have narrow feet. I bought a size 9 narrow and they fit perfectly. Great support and very stylish as well!

Comfortable but I need wide in toe. The wide is not very wide.also runs short. I ordered a half size bigger after reading reviews. Glad I did.

I bought these with the expectation that they would be a cushy as my previous NB fresh foam walking shoes. They are not even though they are fresh foam shoes. The footbed is stiff. Definitely not foot conforming as my old ones. Actually the entire shoe is stiff. I'm hoping they'll "break in" and be more comfortable.

this is my 3rd pair of NB for walking. It will take a bit to " break " them in. Very stiff. Don't remember that happening w/ the others. Not complaining, but you asked!

I have bad knees and got these to wear for work and around town. They are so cute and comfortable. I get many compliments on them each time I wear them. I would recommend them!

Last year was the first time buying NB. I have narrow feet and my choices are limited. I was a life long Nike person but could not get them. I tried these on and bought a pair. I bought 2 this year. They are not as narrow as Nike but I can still wear them. Please keep making narrows!

This is my second pair of 880 style purchased version 10 and now 11. Fit of 10 was slightly wider. Went to purchase a new pair - tried on in store. Sizing is off on some models. Felt a full size smaller. Tried another color and size was perfect. The sneakers fit well and are comfortable. The only negative is that they fall apart very easily. The first pair didn't rip completely through but quickly had wear on the fabric. The latest pair that I purchased the N logo started peeling off after just a few weeks of wearing them. I like the fit but quality could be improved.
