after reading the reviews I ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. I have worn only New Balance for years so I was a little anxious ordering the additional 1/2 size. To my disappointment the shoes were 1/2 size too large and slipped off my heel. They are true to size. Also these are not comfortable. So if you are looking for a comfortable shoe this is not the shoe. I'm still looking for a New Balance that fits that bill. Not all Fresh Foam NB shoes are comfortable. The most comfortable NB was the Fresh Foam 1165. I returned these new shoes.

Shoes were sent with only the shoes. No packaging, no support, no paper. Shoes were dirty and looked used. Customer service was very interested and apologetic. First time ever that I had any issues with a product from Zappos. Wonderful company!

I definitely would never buy these again. The quality is horrible. The first pair I bought started falling apart by day 3. The sole started separating. I returned them to Zappos and they sent me a new pair. The new pair, after about 2 weeks started falling apart. The outer foam looks really worn and the "N" logo is peeling off the side of the shoe. These shoes are really comfortable otherwise. For such an expensive shoe they shodnt fall apart with wearing them only to the office.

I wish New Balance would stop wasting my time with shoes ridiculously undersized. They should hire a consultant from a company like San Antonio Shoes to show them how to make a 4E shoe. I measure a 13 2E on a Brannock foot-measuring device, yet these 14 4E’s are too cramped in toe box.

Another great pair of NB shoes. Light, comfortable, and were a great price. I've had these over two years and they're still going strong.

i couldn't bring myself to spend $200 on the 990, and i'm happy i found these instead. these sneakers are wicked comfortable...light, flexible and cushiony.

This style was recommended by our podiatrist as being good for heel bone spurs. It has been comfortable and no further problems with my feet!

They are super comfy and have helped with alignment for my walking. I really enjoy them.
