Great product for bad arches. Love your sneakers. BUT, I am told I have a credit coming. When I ordered there was no indication of a credit or how to apply it. Why doesn't your system keep a record of that?

I stay mostly with the 8 & 10 series. This sneaker never disappoints, quality is among the best. I have a bad habit of loving them to much and forget to wear other sneakers, to prolong the life of the sneakers. Only wish they could be resold.

First off I've always been a fan of the 1300 series as a chunky dude that like a lot of cardio. But the 1300's are not very stylish so I decided to give the 880 v11's a try. I like the first pair I bought so much that I bought a second pair 2 days later. Plenty of support and cushion without the bulky/clunky feel of a motion control shoe like the 1300's.

For a big guy, having a shoe that is comfortable and cushioned was a must. And now that I can get wide shoes in a color other than black or gray that's a bonus!

It is soft and comfortable and I am able to add a mile a day at the moment to my walk. I had another 800 series that I purchased 14 months ago but you did not have them in stock so I settled for this at forty dollars less and they are 30 percent more comfortable.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance always works for me.

I'm 265lbs. I run 90-100 miles per month. I have wide feet. The 4E option is the way to go. The 2E was too narrow. They are great shoes in my rotation.

Size 15 extra wide fits well and feels great. Laces are too long by 4-5 inches. My only gripe is the lack of selection in colors

I tried Hoka but none of them fit right. To me these soak up just as much impact as Hoka and actually fit so much better. I highly recommend!

They are very comfortable and easy to get my feet in them. the ones with the tong tied from the sides restricts my feet from going in easy. i asked you sales person and they could not help me much on which ones had the tong restricted, and which ones did not. I took a chance on the ones I got and were fine. my feet go in easy.

I'm a big guy (230) and wanted a cushion for walking. These sneakers are just the ticket. They look great as well. One issue is that I am a 2E in all other New Balance sneakers, however these feel a little tight in the mid-foot.

This is my third pair of 880's. I wear these all day at work in a healthcare setting - on my feet all day. I also wear these to work out, walking, etc. Fit is a little small so I go up a 1/2 size. Provides comfort all day.

I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended me new balance shoes years ago. I still use them and they are great every time. I have tried several other brands, but nothing helps me like new balance especially de 880s, or 1080s.

The sneaker was perfect for my husband!
Customer service not soo much! As a VIP member, I thought the sneakers would be arrive within 2 days. I did not assume this, as that is what the delivery was stated. It took 5 days for them to be delivered, even though the date shown on the invoice was 4 days later. When I called customer service to inquire the where about of the sneakers (as I thought they were lost,) I was met with hostility and told, I do not know why you would think you would get over night service as we do not do that any more! HOW ABOUT, '"I am sorry for the miscommunication!" At any rate, if I am not gonna receive the sneakers for 5 days, I am gonna go to "Dicks," and get the same day! Gone is the customer service which made Zappos my go to site! The friendliness and accommodation was gone. It is very sad, as this is what set this company apart. Hope someone from Zappos is listening!
