These shoes are not only comfortable, with excellent arch support, but they are stylish and cute. They don't scream "old lady."

I also have these in beige size 9. The black are a perfect fit too. Cute and comfy, need I say more?

Great shoe! As always Vionic is great for arch support. I’m able to easily slip my orthotic in the shoe and wear them all day!

They feel ok but the shoes seem a little long in the back. They don’t slip out of the shoe. Will try a lighter sock for size.

Very comfortable shoes. Sizing ran slightly large in length but true to size in width. Arch support is excellent and I wear them all day with no issues.

For my very wide feet with problem toes, these seem like they are going to work well. I especially appreciate the soft leather and the heel area is not so wide that it slips off. The arch support is pretty decent and the insoles come out so I can use my orthotic arch supports. The look is just a little bit shiny, not too much. Nice neutral beige. Very thin rubber soles that are flexible. I think I found a winner!

I wear a lot of black and wanted a plain, unadorned, comfortable flat... with good arch support but not orthotic-looking... that would go with anything. This Vionic Caroll in Black really works for me; it’s my second pair. I’m in my 60s, have had four surgeries on my left foot, have a bunion on my right foot, and hypersensitivity in both feet. For me, comfort is paramount. I wear a 7.5 to 8; Wide to WW. This Caroll fits me best in a 7.5 W. Brand new, it looks and feels not quite wide enough, but the leather is very soft, and after some wear, stretches to be super comfortable. Lots of padding in the footbed, very flexible sole, renowned Vionic arch support. The back of the shoe is quite narrow, but not uncomfortably so – just enough to grip my heel to prevent slipping. I need a generous toebox -- for my toes to be comfortable, the toebox must be higher than average. This toebox, while not huge, is big enough for me. The leather is very soft and supple; the advantage: this shoe is comfortable right out of the box, and doesn’t hurt my bunion at all; the disadvantage: I scuffed the soft leather on the back of one of my first pair, tearing it a tiny bit. I like this shoe so much that I want to have a back-up pair… I’ll try to be gentle on them, but inevitably, the soft leather will show wear.

These are my "holy grail" flats. I have a) super sensitive feet, b) a bad neck so I need my own insoles (SuperFeet), c) narrow heels that never stay in flats. I can never find flats that work for me! These are great, and very cute. The standard insoles are very comfortable, but they come out easily to accommodate my SuperFeets. They do rub a tiny bit sometimes on my heel, but a bandage cures that. I wore these one day for like 5 hours shopping downtown and both my feet and my spine were in remarkable shape.

Great fit, as usual for Vionic! The toe box is rounder and roomier than flats from last year's collection. The trim on this style has a bit of a sheen and the pink is a very light, pretty color. Love the support a Vionic shoe has!

This shoe is the first shoe (other than ballet flats) I have been able to wear out of the box, with no break-in period. This shoe is wonderful. The arch support is fantastic for a flat. The leather is super soft. I ordered a full size larger than my normal size because I have very wide (EE) feet and bunions. I also mostly wear ballet flats because I have high arches, but they lack cushioning and support. I’ve walked miles in this shoe and my feet are not tired or sore like they are after the same amount of walking with ballet flats.

First bought the pink ones, which I love, love, love! Wore them for the first time while facilitating an all day staff retreat - so comfortable, I never thought about my feet one time. So I bought a second pair in black. I would buy these in almost every color of the rainbow if I could. Please, Vionic, make more!

My orthodic fit perfectly.

Very comfortable and very cute shoe. The color is subtle and will go with dresses or jeans.

I need a lot of arch support and help to not roll my ankle in- so generally I can't wear sandals or flats since they don't accommodate orthotics. Vionics are the best- no need for orthotics! Super cute!

Very comfortable. Felt good when I first put them on.

My foot is on the wider side near my toes but normal to narrow in the heel, most flats need to stretch out before they’re comfortable. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box without slipping in the heel. They feel great with my high arches, too.

I had my eye on these for a while but hesitated because I have slightly narrow heels. These actually fit perfect! I’m so excited to have cute and supportive shoes for errands and travel.

I never am able to just wear a pair of shoes the day I get them. My messed up feet require lots of stretching of shoes in various ways and places. I didn't hold out much hope for these shoes and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to take them out of the box and actually WEAR them. This is huge. They are not as stylish as I'd like, but I've had a lifetime of stylish shoes that made my feet hurt so much I couldn't walk. So I'll take a little dowdiness for some ease of wear and ability to walk. Call me old, but ... I have a concern that these might loosen up a bit too much in the heel as the shoes stretch with wear, but I have some handy heel-grippers that I'll deploy if that happens. Very happy with this purchase.

I’d been searching for a basic black flat for quite sometime. Although I wasn’t totally in love with the look of this shoe, I own several pair of Vionic’s and believe in the brand. As for comfort this shoe didn’t disappoint. The fit is true to size. The arch support is amazing!

Wish they were not as shiny as they were. Great otherwise
