I wear a size 9.5 W and these shoes fit me well. It's getting cooler outside so I haven't put them to the walking test yet. I wanted a shoe that would be somewhat dressy and that I could wear with skirts or pants. They are very soft material and I like that they come up high in the back. I had tried other major brands and none fit as good as these. They may cost a bit more but are worth it. I especially notice my body doesn't ache after wearing Vionic shoes. They do make a difference.

I am flat footed, and can't wear flats for long periods of time. Well, that is, until I tried these flats. They look like any other basic flat, except they provide the support I need. Comfortable, and with the support I need. I was able to use an entire day without any foot pain. I will be buying in other colors!

I recently have had some major foot problems (especially with swelling) since moving to an area with much higher elevation, so I've had to purchase shoes to accomodate my swelling and need for support. Oddly enough, I haven't had to go up in a size, but purchasing shoes with orthotic support has helped quite a bit. I still consider myself fairly young and fashionable, so I purchased these in the tan color in hopes that I could incorporate them into my business wardrobe. While they aren't the most attractive ballet flat I've ever worn, they are definitely quite comfortable and have helped with the swelling. I too (like other reviewers) have narrow heels, and the fit on these is great. The ball of the foot is a bit wider, but I need that right now. It doesn't rub, and the elastic edging (while not the most attractive) helps to secure the shoe on my foot. The insole is the most supportive I've found in a ballet flat. I'm debating purchasing a pair in the red because my old red Cole Haan Maria Sharapova ballet flats are at the end of their life, and not quite supportive enough for my feet in my new environment.

I love these shoes! I have always worn heels, never flat shoes. These were my first pair. The day they arrived I left for NYC - I wore them the first night and we walked MILES and MILES. I was wearing a cute dress and these looked dressy and adorable, while being the most outrageously comfortable shoes I have ever worn in all of my life. I wore them everywhere the week I was there. They were more comfortable than all the walking shoes I brought with me. I got home and wore them almost every day. I look at all my beautiful heels and can't bring myself to chose a pair - these flats are just too comfortable and go with everything. I love them so much, I bought another pair because my first pair are wearing out. ;)

I really like these shoes. I have trouble with flats sometimes as I need a higher vamp along with good arch support and I was thrilled to have both! I plan to also buy these in black. Tan was a great summer color for work. Very cute with ankle pants.

These are a sleek and cute pair of flats that can fit my orthotics! I wear them for work and they go either everything. The first pair I ordered were damaged with a crease across the leather on the toes. But I was able to return them and get another pair which were perfect!

These are my most worn shoes for work as they are a neutral tan color that goes with everything! I can use my own orthotics inside without any issues and they are very comfortable. I’m debating if I should get a backup pair!

a wonderful shoe with a great arch support. I ordered the red and it is a beautiful shade of red. unfortunately I had to return because vionic does not make a size 10.5 and I tried the size 11 and it is just too big and I really need the size 10.5. wish they made my size because I really like the style and comfortable arch support of this brand.

Vionic is my new favorite brand and these shoes are a great example why.... these are so comfortable and cute. The arch support is perfect for someone who is on they're feet all day.

I love this shoe. Unfortunately, I really need a narrow shoe, and this doesn’t yet come in narrow. I also found that the arches were not in the right spot for me, but I substituted individually purchased Vionic insoles and those worked just fine. I returned the shoe in exchange for a flat I don’t like as much but which comes in narrow.

I ordered 7 W and these shoes would be a perfect addition to my neutral shoe wardrobe (I'm pretty fair-skinned), but this shoe's stiff back rubs my ankles all wrong. It feels a little high, too. Bear in mind, though, that my heels seem to be finicky. I thought they were lovely — perfect for work, court but not trial, jeans, sundresses — but I can't have perma-damaged heels.

I needed red shoes that were really red. These are perfect!

I have hypermobility issues and thus developed bunions in my early 20s. My podiatrist told me that I would need to revamp my shoe choices and wear orthotic inserts from now on since I am having joint pain. I had never heard of this brand before, but after browsing around I purchased these flats in black and tan and I love them! They fit true to size (I got a 6W) and I am able to remove the insole and put in my customized orthotics. I love the sleek ballet slipper look and that they don’t resemble clunky orthotic shoes! I wear them for work and casual days. They are comfortable right out of the box. The first black pair I bought were damaged (the leather over the toes was badly creased due to improper stuffing) but the Zappos return policy is great and I was able to get a new pair right away. I did get the pink but returned it since it was too bright for my taste. The tan is a perfect nude and will match anything!

I have a wide foot. Most flats will gap/buckle at the arch or rear of the shoe. This did not. Perfect for work.

The shoes are comfortable and fit very well, as expected, as I've had other similar Vionic shoes before.

I am on my feet all day and these are so comfortable!! No need to break them in, they are perfect!

I needed comfortable flats to wear under my long dress at my son's wedding and these shoes delivered! I wore them once around the house to see if I thought they would work and then all day/evening at the wedding/reception with no problems at all!

I struggle with finding good flats with arch support. These were great and I wore them all day/evening for our son's wedding and had no problems/pain at all - which is unusual for me! Love them!

My new favorite work shoe. Comfortable and no blisters, can stand in them all day. Very high quality.

Wow! I love this shoe! I wear an 11W, which is what I ordered. This shoe is so soft that you can’t feel it’s there. There is nice arch support, which is a total surprise for a ballet flat! I will be ordering every color.

I am between a 7.5 and an 8. I purchased both. The 8 fit. and I am returning the 7.5 since they are too tight. Hope this helps.

I have a wide toe box and struggle to find shoes. These are good. I wear them to work with slacks and skirts and to the store with shorts. Very flexible in style and comfort is really tops
