I own both the Kinvara 10 & 11. The 10 is more comfortable. The 11 is narrow in the toe box and forefoot area - a noticeable difference from the 10. The sole is stiffer in the 11 too. Another feature I miss in the 11 is the reflective stripe on the heel. There's no reflective features of the 11. The 11 also has an exceedingly big tongue. I regret the purchase. I should have gone for the Ride model instead.

CHANGE IS GOOD, except in running shoes!!! I ran in Kinvaras for years before I needed a higher ramp due to Achilles problems. I found Breakthrough and all was fine UNTIL it was discontinued. A search again.... Try out the Kinvara to swap in once in awhile but it's SOOOO narrow now!! So SAD. Looking very forward to brighter colors soon, too!!!!

The Kinvara 11 isn't bad, it's just not for me. The cushioning is light and responsive, which is great, but overall the shoe is uncomfortable. It is more narrow than many previous versions and that doesn't work for me. The upper hurts the top of my right foot, which has never happened in any other shoe ever. I will probably try to get a few short runs in this shoe to make me feel like I didn't completely waste my money, but it will be in the donation bin soon. Fingers crossed for next years model to be different.

I love the kinvara shoes because of its 4mm drop but this pair ripped apart in no time. The mesh on top just opened after a few runs and now my toes are exposed..

I've run in several pairs of kinvaras and am a loyal saucony fan. These were the worst running shoes I've ever put on. I ran 3 uncomfortable and stiff miles in them and ended up with terrible blisters. I'll stick with my Speeds.

The shoe in general feels good it is springy and cushioned. I ran only once in them and liked them however when I took them off the olor had come off on my feet and I had to go with blue toes for almost a week. Super bad quality of the coloring. I guess I would recommend but not in a bright color so it does not stain for your feet.

I received a pair of used sneakers. There was hair inside of them, maybe a cat. They were stretched out too. Not happy at all. I sent them back right away. Hard to give a great review since they were used.
I'd also recommend:

Long time buyer. At least 20 years. The last several pair have been junk. Worn out in a few months and I'm not a runner. I wear them in my bakery. Support completely shot. Not a HUGE fan of Brooks.

10 is the size that I wear in women's saucony lately but this shoe felt like a child's shoe (much smaller than one size smaller). It felt like a tournequet on my foot. As other's have said it had no size label on back of tongue. Ridiculously uncomfortable! Returning, of course.

After just a month wearing them, they started to fall apart. I've never had a pair of shoes give out so quickly. Seams tearing and the sole just worn away.

I purchased the Kinvara 12. The worse shoes I've ever worn. I am a nurse who works long hours on my feet. Within the first hour of wearing the I wanted to rip them off and toss them. I did read the reviews and some did say that they had no support but I thought different strokes for different folks so I decided to give them a try. Biggest purchase flopped ever.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes EVER! I like that they are light, but they have absolutely no support or cushioning. I wore all day at a church retreat and my feet were killing me by noon. Very disappointing considering the price.

I bought these for work, they were comfortable but the fabric uppers wore out in just a few weeks, with holes and frayed fabric on both feet. I literally just walk/run in them at work and was so disappointed that they wore out so quickly, especially for the price you pay for them!

The shoes look nice but have a stitched gusset. I can’t even get the shoes on my feet. Who came up with the idea of fixed tongues on the shoe? This pair of shoes is being returned. LP

I've had these for two weeks and tried walking/jogging about three times. At first they felt nice when I tried them on and walked around the house. But, then, after taking them outside for more extended use, I came to realize that the left heel back stabs into my achilles tendon so badly I've had to remove them and limp back to the house barefoot. Be warned this company won't allow returns if you've taken the shoes outside. This was a significant investment for me and I'm quite put out by this situation and this company.

I have been running in Kinvaras since the 8, but the 11 was a let down and now the 12 has finally taken away everything that made the Kinvara work for my sensitive feet. The tongue is stiff and thin, the heel has no Achilles padding, the toe box is narrower, the whole shoe is shorter, and the sole flange is gone (it mostly disappeared with the 11s, I think). I seriously could cry, I have so many foot and lower leg injuries and this used to be a miracle shoe for me! I've switched to the Ride for now because at least it has a little softer fit inside, but it doesn't have the cushy feel of the old Kinvaras, and the 8mm drop is not ideal for me.

I’ve bought Kinvera in the past and loved them, this version (12) felt smaller, toe box narrow. After wearing for my usual run I had large heel blisters—never an issue before. The fit just feels off.

The blue swade material on the tongue of the shoe fades. My pink shoe laces are turning purple and the top of my socks are now blue! However, it is a comfortable shoe. Saucony just needs to make the tongue out of another material that does not fade!!! When you run you sweat and the shoe gets wet!

I bought these shoes a few months ago and I am extremely disappointed. I do not have a wide or thick foot, but yet, these shoes are squeeze my feet to the point that they get numb and rub in places it shouldn't. The laces are also abnormally short and I can barely tie them in a bow without falling out. I have tried to loosen the laces to see if I could get more length in the laces and also reduce the squeezing of the shoe on my foot but that didn't help. I have never had this issue with any of my other Kinvaras in the past and am pretty disappointed in these as I've barely been able to wear them. Saucony, what happened :(

Kinvaras have been my go-to walking/running shoe for years. Unfortunately, with this Kinvara 12 the relationship has ended.
There are several small changes to the shoe that make it unwearable to me. - The outer material and inner lining changed. Your feet cannot breathe. In warm weather, my feet are sweating and I'm overheating because of it. The webbed tongue is longer. The tongue, or something else, is pulling my low cut socks down into the shoe. (I thought I was losing my mind - we are still in COVID. I tried different socks. They were no help. I put on my Kinvara 10s and the "problem" socks, it was a miracle! No problems occurred. So, it's not me, it's the shoes.)
Anyway, Kinvara is still light weight and has a nice size toe box. While this latest model will gain some new fans, but those of us with a long- term relationship need to break it off and move on. I wish I had seen all the little red flags sooner and returned them.
PS - Another review noted there is no inside tag. In my shoes, the tag was on the inside edge of the shoe, rather than the tongue. I have no idea if these are fakes. Hopefully, another reviewer can verify the comment. If they are fakes, it might explain the cheaper material that doesn't breathe.

I run about 50 miles a week. I tried these out and I have never been in so much pain from a shoe. I tried to return them but Saucony doesn't have as accommodating of a return policy as other running retailers.

I bought these shoes 2 months ago, and worn them to walk about 10 times. I already have holes worn into the back of the heel, even with removing the shoes correctly and wearing socks. They shoes also don't protect your toes, so any dirt collects up the top of the toe, leaving a really dirty shoe.
