The shoes feel really light and quick for hills and speed work, while still having enough cushion to support my joints. The toebox is a little narrower than my Saucony ride but still comfortable throughout my run.

This is my first pair of Kinvaras and I am elated with them. Compared to my other shoes, they are lightweight but have plenty of cushioning. And they are fast!. Each week for the past 8 weeks I have been doing interval workouts on a track in my old shoes, trying to improve my mile time. My beginning time was 8:21. After 8 weeks of intervals, I timed the mile again (in my old shoes) and got 8:01. Then, one week later, my Kinvaras arrived and I took them out on the track and ran a fast mile. I wasn't even pushing as hard as I had the week before since the mile was supposed to be one of the intervals... I ran 7:50! I feel like I'm flying. My calves and ankles and feet get more of a workout in the Kinvaras so they were tired for a couple of weeks. I'm guessing this is because of the lower heel drop. My legs have adjusted without injury or undue stress. Thanks for these shoes. I really like 'em!

Love Kinvara line of shoes! They fit well and have good running mechanics ie lots of cushion, not too heavy, not too motion controlling just great running shoes that make running feel fast and effortless.

These are my first pair of Kinvaras but I suspect they won't be my last. They feel great on speed workouts, and the colors are really fun to boot!

These shoes feel like slippers. I can wear them all day.

I have purchased the Kinvara shoe several times to date....it is my favourite road running shoe. Comfortable, light with enough cushioning for the long distance, but really perfect whether I run 5k or 50km!

Love these! Have always worn heel-hugging Saucony sneaks. These are so cool!

I love Kinvera and although I do not use them to run, my podiatrist suggested Saucony for my tarsal tunnel. I have had no issues with my diagnoses since wearing them. I order up a 1/2 size so I can wear my inserts and my feet feel like they are supported all day long with no pain.

It's a great shoe for racewalking due to its lower heel and light weight! I love Kinvara!
