Ok so I tried brooks GTS and Hoka arahi and couldn’t do either of those. So far I love the hurricane!! It’s a support shoe but honestly doesn’t feel like it. I hate guide rails
On stability shoes and this shoe doesn’t have them. It has a different support system. So far I love these and wanna buy more! I would definitely recommend. My only complaint is the color choices. I have kind of wide feet and bought a regular width in these and they’re comfortable to me. I did a lot of research before buying these cause nothing was comfortable to me so I’m definitely satisfied!

I love them! Finally after many failures, I slipped these on and walked for miles. I'm usually a Brooks fan, but they have disappointed me time and again, so I tried these even though there were very few reviews (both good) to go on. I have occasional nerve pain in my feet/toes and hate to feel like my toes are crowded. Plenty of room in the toe box, not tight across the top of my feet and super comfy cushioning, even with the insoles they came with. I am planning on buying another pair as backup for when these wear out.

I was so disappointed after 10+ years in Saucony Hurricanes with the 22 version. I ordered the 23 and am again very happy with this shoe. It's comfortable out of the box and supports my arches, which is the main reason I've been a customer for so long.

After many many many tries
I have finally found a shoe I can wear without having so much pain. I have terrible problems with my feet. Bunions ,hammertoes, metatarsalgia and more. I thought I would never find a pair of shoes I could wear that were comfortable . Finally with the help and patience of Zappos I have found my shoe. Thank you Zappos you are an amazing company. I hope to be a customer of yours for many years to come. Give these shoes a try you won’t be sorry. If they don’t fit
That’s okay too no problem ever returning them and it’s free s&h both ways..

I purchased the same size as my last Hurricanes, but apparently the 23s are made just enough narrower to cause me problems. Saucony’s regular width shoe usually has a wide enough toe box that I haven’t needed to buy wides, but I’m going to have to try them now.

I ordered a wide in these because I have flat feet and a wide forefoot. While they are wide, the front of the shoes is curved in a way that my pinkie toes are hanging over the edge of the sole which just feels weird. Additionally, I am not happy with the colors. The edge around the top of the shoe is a bright, bubble-gum pink while the bottom of the shoe and the pink in the shoe laces are more of a peachy pink. This just seems cheap to me. I might deal with these issues in a less expensive shoe, but when I am paying this much for a shoe, my expectation is near perfection.

I wear these for HITT and strength training. I bought them to replace my last pair of Sauconys which were incredibly comfortable. These are not quite as comfortable right out of the box, but after a few wears, they are breaking in nicely. I wish they came in more colors, but the black is pretty stylish with its pink accents. It took a couple of tries to get the right size, but now that I have I can safely say they ARE true to size! Looking forward to getting good wear out of them.

I've worn only Saucony running shoes for at least the last 20 years. They fit me perfectly, every time. I can wear them right out of the box because they feel as if i have worn them for months. Comfort level very high in this particular model. Some recent Saucony shoes have not h the ad the quality of the older models, but this one is right back there on top--one of THE most comfortable and stable and cushioned shoes I've ever owned. I am enjoying wearing them, and the pink laces and trim give the shoe a little pizazz. If you are a Saucony fan, this one is a must. Even the laces are super.

Saucony shoes just aren’t made for me. No matter what style I try, there’s a level of discomfort and I’m a walker, so I need something that starts out cushy and doesn’t need to be broken in.

extremely comfortable. size is accurate. light weight and relatively comfortable, but for me personally, I need more cushioning due to foot issues.
but I highly recommend if you have normal, unneedy feet!

I have been wearing Saucony Omni's for 15 years but over time felt like they had less and less cushioning. These are supposed to be a stability shoe with more cushioning. I will say that they are not quite as stable as the Omnis, but that is okay (what they have seems to be enough). And they are cushier. But the first rule for any sneaker -- they cannot eat your socks. And these do (I even went out and bought special Bombas running socks with elastic at the ankle and even those get moved around slightly). I'm not sure if that's because the shoe runs wider than my Omnis -- I have to lace them pretty tight to get them to fit. Overall they just feel slightly bigger than my Omnis (but not enough to go up a size).

I have never written a review for a shoe, but these shoes feel so good, I simply have to.
I'm 50, so all the skooshy soft things matter for my feet. I had Hokas before these and I thought they were the best I would find, but I was wrong to follow all the hype. Saucony made shoes that feel like butter for my aging feet while I run. Good spring back, support, and smoothness. Ideal for pronation. Nothing hard or jolting to overcorrect your foot strike, so no pains developed during my run. I could just run. It felt glorious to be able to not have to be good enough for the shoe, and know the shoe was good enough for me. (If you know, you know.)

I LOVE these shoes!! I have severe plantar fasciitis, that becomes debilitating when I'm on my feet very long at all. I have worn Brooks, Hoka, Kuru, etc. Those were all fine, but NONE have been as good as these Saucony Hurricane 23's. I may have to get every color. Between the cupping of my heel and the arch support, these are the perfect fit for me! FINALLY!

When I put the shoes on, they fit like a glove! My preferred sport shoe had been discontinued so I was unsure about trying these! Liked them so much, I bought a second pair!

Really liked this shoe, very comfortable, cushioning was exceptional and good ankle support. Ordered Wide but the it was just too narrow - would have reordered in Extra-Wide but not available.

These great shoes if you like comfort and walking. I like wide shoes and these really are.
I would recommend them for marathoning because they are too heavy but they would work for hiking too.

The Hurricane 23 fits true to size and I like the cushioning on the soles. I've only worn them a few times, but they were comfy from the first wear. I also like the stretch in the laces. Makes it so much easier to tighten them.

Saucony running shoes and I go back to the 80s. Since then I've tried a few other brands, and some were quite nice, others not so nice. Generally it's hard to get good reviews of shoes for heavy runners/joggers with kinda big feet, and stores don't have the stock so you can try it on, and if you just order it online, you never know if it's going to work out. Very frustrating and disappointing. The stock in sporting goods stores this week was a total failure. And no one works in the running shoe dept. who knows anything.....oh, well! So yesterday evening I ordered the Hurricane 23 based on a careful review of comments on this an another website. The shoes arrived this afternoon!! Wow!! They are soooo comfortable, OMG! Nice arch support, firm enough, not heavy, and it just shapes to the foot. This is what I remember from the first few pairs of Saucony shoes I owned. I haven't worn the Hurricane 23 outside yet but I'll try jogging in them (I'm still in the walk/jog phase) on Saturday. Back in the 80s and 90s Saucony worked so much better for me than other brands that I didn't try anything else until I had to. I'm glad I tried Saucony again. I like these shoes so much that today I ordered the Guide 14 model. Having a well-fitting shoe makes you want to go out and at least walk and jog a few steps every few minutes. Thanks, Saucony, for helping me drop those "health numbers."

One of the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn. I guess my size is between 9 1/2 and 10, because the smaller were a bit snug and the larger were a bit roomy. Great cushioning for walking or running

This shoe has a firm heel counter, but it is shaped like a triangle (trying to mimic Hoka, I suppose) and actually caused a bruise on my narrow heels. The toe box is narrow and after wearing them for about two hours, my feet were really hurting. I'm trying the Guide next, as that is supposed to have a wider toe box. This shoe did not feel like a Saucony shoe. The only good thing I can say about it is that the color was nice and the heel to toe drop was great at only 8mm.

I ran many many miles in the Hurricane 23. I loved the way they fit my feet, great cushioned sole and the stability I look for in my shoes. I wore these shoes through all the seasons and they held up wonderfully.
