I really wanted to like this raincoat. Perfect length. But--the color was too anemic (was hoping for a more vibrant green, like Stio's). Back it went. I'd like to see more vibrancy in the color options, like fuschia or royal blue, in addition to black and white of course.

Worn it a few times so my review is limited but I love the look of this coat. I am concern that I will get a little damp during heavier rains but my hips fit which is why I had to get rid of my last coat. Pros: Color is lovely, lots of pockets, length is what I wanted. Cons: I can't figure out how to tighten the hood to keep it from flying off, the pocket placement is a little awkward but I got over that quick, ** stitch began to fray on the left sleeve after a week.

Everything about this rain jacket is perfect, EXCEPT, the Velcro. I loved the way it gathered in the back (in lieu of a belt), I loved the lightweight fabric with no crinkle sound. I loved that you could unzip from the bottom if sitting in car or mass transit....buy WHY THE VELCRO on outside? It snags on clothes, blouses and ruins them. Would buy again if the velcro was removed.

Light weight and great pockets! The Velcro isn't very sticky but other than that, it's awesome. Arms are a bit long but not a huge problem.

This is a great rain coat. A good weight and waterproof which is not easy to find a stylish coat that is waterproof. My only complaint is the fit for me. I have an hourglass or pear shaped figure. Typically The North Face designs clothes that fit better on women with no hips. In this case the XL fit well thru the hip but was way to big in the shoulders and the sleeves were long. Now if I could have worn a L I'm sure the fit would have been fantastic.

It's cute and a pretty color but runs large (I'm 5;1" and 89lbs) and is on the thin side. I debated keeping it anyways, but the sleeves would have to be shortened, and it looks sloppy on me when not zipped up.

The zipper is a little hard to catch, but overall it's a nice rain jacket.

I will be using this jacket on windy and rainy days.

I purchased this item but had to return it to exchange it for a smaller size. The sleeves are long as well. However, it is so cute I am giving it a second try with a smaller size.

Love the look of this jacket, but one of the shoulder seams is already leaking, making my clothing underneath wet. I’ve only worn it 4-5 times! Not really a serious rain jacket.

The size is not right for me to be perfectly comfortable. It runs a little small so anyone ordering should order a size up. I was wearing with a sweat shirt, but still would order a size up, if you want to wear anything remotely warmer underneath.

after less than a year of use the velcro tabs that seal the front of the jacket together are already coming off. I would expect better quality for the price.

The material was lightweight which was good for travel. I didn't like the way it fit so I returned the item.

This particular light-weight rain parka fit me oddly. I am 5'5" and lanky, under 100lbs, with strong shoulders and long arms. I am either an S in TNF, with a roomy fit, or rarely an XS. Based on other reviews, I purchased an XS in a shady blue color. The color was vibrant online. In reality, it was a dull shade of blue. The sleeves were plenty long, reaching over my wrists. The upper portion of the jacket was quite roomy. The bottom portion was restricting tight across my thighs for a jacket that is so roomy in the torso part. The double zipper was hard to work. Side-entry pockets seemed a bit shallow to me. The wide elastic band in the back is fixed in place, with no adjustable string. Decided to return. I am afraid that if I opted for an S, the top part of the parka would swallow me. I would still recommend the garment as a light transitional piece. Try your usual TNF size and hope for the best.

Loved the color of this coat but didn't really care for the patch pockets on the front. The pockets make the jacket lose a feminine look.

The parka was well constructed but it ran a bit smaller than other North Face items I've bought in the same size. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

The item ordered online had a defective zipper on my first purchase, then I called customer service, I was told to call warranty dept. When I called warranty service, I was then told it was easier to return it then repurchase it, so I did. When I returned to the store in 12 Oaks Mall, I did not have a good experience with the return. Firstly, the cashier did not refund me the correct amount, I had to bring it to her attention to correct it. Secondly, the return was stated as customer changed mind, which was not what I told her due to the defective zipper.

Too big

I had it in a different colored and exchanged it for black. There was a loose string (the last one had some too) which makes me concerned about longevity. The length and fit is nice. This one is tighter than the other medium I had so inconsistent there. Love the coat and giving it a 3 cause of the defects it had from the get g but I bet it will bump up in score once I've actually used it

Seemed good quality. Fit was a little bulky for my taste so I returned it.
