Looked & felt like a cheap made in china item. Expected better uality for North Face. Highly dissappointed!

The size, XL, was mostly acceptable except that the sleeves were long and not adjustable at the cuff. I returned this coat because of the poor zip fastener. This was simply too difficult to operate without help!

I like the style, color and fit. The zipper is so difficult to use. I know how to zip a jacket, but it takes me multiple times to get this one to work. I was really looking for a warmer raincoat, but will keep for spring. Returning something bought online is a hassle.

Fit is a bit awkward. I think it runs a bit large and the bottom flares out a bit almost like an A-line shape. Coat is well constructed, great fabric excellent quality and i am sure will perform well in rain. Fit just didnt work for me

This statement: "Embroidered logo on left chest and back-right shoulder", is not true. There is no logo on the back-right. I thought it was a knock-off.

This rain jacket is comfortable but does not keep you dry long! When I go for walks in moderate rain, it quickly becomes soaked. It is very disappointing, as it says it is waterproof and I usually love north face products.

Disappointing. This jacket was purchased for its waterproof and windproof descriptions. Within an hour (or less), in the rain and wind, the water had soaked through the coat. The hood cinchers are hard to use also. Would not recommend.

So very disappointed in this jacket. It remains soaked for a long time after being in the rain, the hood cinches failed less than 6 months into use. I live in a wet windy place and the hood is now useless. In moderately wet weather I feel wet and not protected. The colour is cute, but for the price and name I expected so much more. I'm back to using my 10+ year old MEC rain jacket with holes in the pockets while this remains an expensive closet ornament. Had a north face parka last me 9 years and loved it, so I expected a lot more. Buyer beware if you expect to be using this for actual rainy weather - don't!

Medium too small, Large too bigdisappointing.

I really wanted to love this jacket. It's really warm, and with my regular size I could comfortably wear a sweater under it. There were two things that ultimately made me return it. 1. The front pockets are in a weird position, making it uncomfortable to walk with your hands in your pockets. 2. The Velcro immediately snagged my scarf. My old 3-in-1 jacket had snap closures and I wish I could find a new version of that again.

The size and fit were too small… beautiful jacket just needed the next size up.

I have an earlier version of this rain parka, which had nice shaping seams and I liked very much. This newer version is not nearly as nice. This one is baggy and shapeless, and the pocket flaps on the front add to the bulky, floppy look. Construction seems cheap, also, with velcro strips instead of real snaps on the front. The gathers on the back don't help the shape any. The Hi-Low hemline looks silly, and kind of screams 2010's. I returned it.

Not the kind of material I would have thought considering I have 2 other rain coats. Disappointing. Should have returned but was hoping it would grow on me as was a great price

The fit and size were good. Unfortunately, the zip fastener is poorly designed and next to impossible to operate. The raincoat was returned.

Zipper defective, unzips fine but huge struggle to zip it. The two metal pieces just don't want to line up straight together on the teeth. Just received, tried the zipper a few times to make sure it's not just coz it's brand new. Defective zipper. Am returning. The fit seems fine, true to NF size. Long sleeves. Length good, mid thigh, but you need to be able to zip it or it's useless.

The zipper doesn't work, so it's not usable. Returned it

I was so excited to order this jacket - for me, this was a splurge. I loved the colour and thought it was perfect for the West Coast winter. I am sad to report that I find the jacket to be cheap and chinsey. The zippers get "Stuck" and are difficult to pull up. The velcro unsticks and catches on anything nearby, such as my dogs leash, bags, etc. Lastly, there are loose threads through the whole coat that are indicative of cheap manufacturing. Overall I am so bummed! Almost three hundred bucks down the drain.
