fit and size are perfect. I am a size 8-10 and I got a large so that I could a) zip it up comfortably and b) wear a sweater underneath and it's perfect. I also love the length and the zipper opens from top and bottom. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I love this jacket. It's longer, like a parka length, but not as heavy. It is still nice and cozy, though The inside is super soft and the outside is water resistant. I got the navy color, which is great. I'm 5'3" and 135 lbs and the medium fit perfectly.

Great feel to the fabric and the length is wonderful. Like others have said, the Velcro is a bit annoying but the 2 way zipper is so important. Really my only complaint is that the hood isn’t very adjustable and is a little bulky. It does protect my glasses though.

Perfect I just ordered wrong size.

Its much better than I expected! It’s really light, looks really good (instead of very outdoor look), I can imagine taking this to every trip as it’s light, take less space in my bag and all around go to jacket. My family like it so much they are ordering one too. Same item with different color cost more so check out the listing and pick carefully.

Got it for my wife who loves it! Lightweight but very protective. She's about 5'4 sz small. Fits perfect.

My husband purchased this for me as a birthday gift, it couldn't be more perfect! The coat is a great length, if worn with knee high rain boots, ALL of you will stay dry. The back "scrunches" giving you a flattering waist. I am 5' 2" around 140 pounds, the size M fits perfectly and it allows me to layer. It's roomy enough to wear with thick sweaters to help with the PNW weather. If you don't need the extra layers for warmth, I would say this parka is true to size. Would highly recommend!

Love my new rain parka. I am a tall woman ( 5'10") with long arms and The North Face is the only brand that I can find that has sleeves long enough for me without the rest of the coat looking like a tent. Flattering fit and overall great jacket. Size XL

Great quality and style.

As I am in a walking group, I have to be ready to walk in any weather. I love that the length keeps my thighs dry when its raining, and the comfy hood keeps my noggin dry too. The gathering in the back gives some me a nice shape. And the large patch pockets in the front and the slit pockets on the sides give me plenty of room to keep my cell phone, sunglasses, keys, kleenex, etc. plus I can easily layer underneath if the temperature goes cooler. This jacket ticks all my boxes.
