Very pleased with the fit and "hand" of the material. Appreciate quality materials in casual/active wear. Classic look. subtle logo. Like the longer sleeves with slots for thumbs: for warmth on cool mornings.

This was a lifesaver. Very light and kept me cool and protected from our very exposed hike. Did not feel like it was any warmer with the hood on. This definitely kept me from getting burnt.

I absolutely love the sun hoodie. I'm 6'2 and was debating between the medium and large, and am glad I went with the medium. The size is really true to fit with the model that was used in the photo. Going to use this piece when I climb mount rainer in a few weeks! I don't feel that the finger slots are that necessary, because the jacket fits well enough without them, however, they're there if you want them.

Ideal for jogging; especially, in cooler temperatures. Plus it's form fitting.

Fit is a little tight and sleeves are long.

Provides good protection from direct heat. Material can be a bit itchy to some.

I like it but it feels a little thicker than I have assumed. I have not worn it yet for athletic purposes but I like to wear it for everyday use so far. Between I hope TNF makes fitted size for athletic use clothes then I would not have trouble/over thinking when buying them.

This is an awesome all-purpose workout hoodie that fits rather slim and can easily be worn as a base layer. The hoodie comes in handy as sort of a brim hat in the sun, but also doubles as a layer against chilly breezes. It washes great; the fabric is super smooth yet durable; and stylish for any surfer dude wannabe. I need another one to wear when this one is being washed. Great job by The North Face product designers! Now get out in the sun and wander in style!
