The tag on the product indicates UVA + UVB protection is effective up to 10 washes, what happens after 10 washes?

I love these! The sleeves were a bit long, but they do cover about 1/2 to 3/4 of my hand, which is really useful for sun protection! Size XL - 220 lbs, 6 ft. Built figure.

Wicks moisture, soft yet durable weave feels awesome. Looks dang nice too! :) So good I bought a second one.
