I dont think you would like my review right now. I have not received my shoes. I have not received a response from customer support. I missed giving these as a present (which were suppose to be here before Christmas). It has nothing to do with the shoes. Im sure they are great if I would ever get them.

Did not get what I ordered and no one will contact me about getting the ones I ordered

Have not received my order. Tracking information says it was returned to sender and I have no idea why. Have tried to contact the company numerous times and still have had no response. I would still like my order as I have not been refunded either.

I ordered my regular shoe size in this shoe and it was no where near the correct size!

You sent me wrong size

I had ordered 3 pair of Hey Dude from Wendy, back in march-april of this year, they were paid for and never received. I have tried multiple times getting a hold of them,and it would say the website is no longer available or there would be no response.Then one day I received an e-mail saying d0 to the pandemic things were put on hold for a while.ok so 4 months and still not 1 pair. Buyers be wary, This is my warning to you all.

They had a stain on the front left shoe

Not much cushion. Would not purchase another pair.

I exchanged the first pair I purchased because they were to big then I exchange them for the correct size and they sent me the wrong sized not the size I ordered and now even though its not my fault I have to return them I can'g exchange them for the correct size. Hey Dudes should correct their mistake with no questions asked not put the customer out for their mistake. I will not buy from them again.

Im sure I would have had jammed toes if I ordered an 8 but my size is 8.5 and even with inserts they are still loose :broken_heart: I dont even wear them. I got a pair of Nike for 20$ cheaper at the same time and they are way more comfortable. All the hype about your shoes has left me disappointed :pensive:

I purchased them on the 7th. Of December order was confirmed. I didnt here anything else . I started getting worried because they were supposed to be a Xmas gift for my wife and still no word so I emailed hey dudes the week of Xmas and was told that shoe was out of stock so my money would be credited back to me. At that point Im like well that is just great.so needless to say mine and my wifes experience with hey dudes I would say that you could say was not so good! Thanks again for nothing!
