They came to small in the same size I ordered before

They are adorable but are .uch looser than my other pair of Wendy's. My foot slips right out of the shoe. Can't wear them. I'm so bummed :disappointed: Unfortunately, I threw out the packaging and return slip, so they're sitting in my closet.

I wear an 8.5 even sometimes a 9 - I ordered an 8 and they were just way too big - was tempted to try a 7 but didn't want the hassle so I had to return. I have 2 pairs of the Brit and LOVE them.

They are uncomfortable and rub my toes and are hard to get on. Maybe they are just not for me or maybe I need a size 9. I have already exchanged them once.

Tried two pairs in two different sizes...these shoes run big and wide. Slip off feet. I was disappointed

Terrible Customer Service and shoes are cheap.

Not a great fit. Too wide and generally uncomfortable shoe. Difficult and expensive to return

These shoes get dirty so easy and are hard to wash. I don't recommend. They look 2 years old and I just bought them.

These are not rose, as pictured. They are Barbie pink. Am only wearing in house. Terrible description.

Did not like at all and I have bought several other pairs....there not soft and I just am not happy...with them ....you want them back....I excepted them to be soft and better like my red ones and the other ones I have bought

I love the shoes, but I HATE being nagged by text and emails to leave a review. Enough is enough.

They didn't fit me and I was unable to reach the company by phone or email to return them. Have bought three pairs for my husband, so this is the only time this happened. He loves the shoes. Sad.

Shoe split in half 1 day after wearing it for 2 hours

I ordered two pair of hey dudes shoes. I've only received one. And it was two sizes too big. Then I sent it back and received a pair. Two sizes too small. I still have not received the other pair.

Never received them. First ones got lost, emailed customer service and they made a new order and waited two weeks for them to just ship and they never did.

The soul in the shoe is too thick and I cannot fit my foot inside of it.

Never received. And never was reimbursed

Never received my order. They sent it to the wrong address more than once!

One she was a little smaller. My daughter and I both wear a size 8 and have several pairs of Hey Dudes and neither of us can wear this pair.
