I wear a size 11.5. Word on the street is that they run big so I was optimistic that a size 11 would fit. It did not- it felt like a true size 11 which is too small. I thought a size 12 might work. However, Zappos sent me the wrong shoe twice and throughout that the size 12 sold out. So no shoes for me.

The shoe is very sweet, if not downright cute. I found out about Hey Dude shoes when I was in a shoe retailer for men of late and was delighted to see that they had merchandise for women. They are a little nuanced aesthetically which I like. I don't have arch or feet problems and there appears to be very average support but they are lightweight and as a slip on, easy to get into. My only problem was with ordering them on Zappos who somehow erred twice and canceled my order!! I'm not sure I'll order again which is rough because their huge inventory is hard to beat.

I have to size down one size for Hey Dudes, or they slip off the back of my foot. Easily washed these at least 3x before they no longer looked "bright white". The wear was showing, but they cleaned up well, even after a few washes. By the 4th wash or so, I bought a new pair of the exact same shoe for my "nicer" look, and used the older pair for outings that they might get dirtier during. I've now purchased 3 pairs of the exact same shoe because Iove this particular style so much. My only complaint is there is no arch support and they allow your foot to go "flat" on that inside arch. I purchased arch supports and use those in all of my Hey Dudes.
