I usually wear a 6.5 in just about all shoes (unless a boot and Then I go to a 7). So originally I ordered a 7 and was wearing a insert. Read some reviews and realized I needed to go to a 6. The difference is AMAZING! A 6 fits so much better! Love how light they are, just wish they gave a little more arch support but I know not to wear them too many days in a row!
