I have bought 3 pair in all different sizes and all to big!

Great shoes but hard for my daughter to wear with a missing insole

They are just too wide and big for her foot.

It would be great if they would actually be delivered

I ordered these, but these aren't the shoes I received. So I got my money back and returned the ones I had received.

I wouldn't know how they Hey Dude fit because I haven't not received my product. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. So probably won't buy from here again.

These shoes are not what are pictured. The seams are frayed which does not show in the picture or description. Bought for a gift but am returning. How do I return my purchase?

8 was way too big 7 was way too small

I ordered a pair bc my husband loved his so much, and they were two big so I exchanged them for a smaller size. They canceled my return for used product when I only wore them around the house to make sure they would fit. Then I was told I had to pay for a shipping label for them to be returned to me or they would just be donated, and I dont get any money back. Wont ever order from them again. Make sure you order the right size and dont try them on first! Ridiculous

I received a pair of shoes that don't even say Hey Dude on them and the seller won't let me return them even though they don't fit.

Horrible experience will never order again.

I ordered the size recommended on the site per my current size and I could not wear them. They flipped like flip flops and even with pulling the strings to tighten, it did not help.

I wear between size 8 -9 depending on the shoe. So hearing that they run big I ordered my usual size 8. So wrong - they were too small. So I exchanged for a size 9. Wrong again! Too big & the back of the shoe heel area are flopping around on my feet! Very annoying! No more Hey Dude's for me!!!

I was so excited to get my first pair of dude shoes. I opened them and sadly had two shoes for my right foot. I contacted Hey Dude and was told they did not have the left ones and refunded my money. I'm not sure where the missing lefts are, but they are definitely missing their mates. Wo

Defective. Painful stitching that runs against both ankles.

Disappointed in the size of these. I bought a second pair and they fit perfect. This pair is so big. I plan on returning.

I tried to do a return and they made me send a photo of the soles of my shoes and denied it. Of course the soles are going to be dirty when youre wearing them an entire day. Poor quality and customer service. Will never purchase again.

Unfortunately after wearing these adorable shoes I suffer from awful foot cramps that I wake up in the middle of the night in pain! So sad
