I was so excited to get these for my birthday after sending my brother a link. They r good looking shoes but they are blue and not black/gray. Very disappointed!!!

I don't understand why you don't have half sizes. I cant wear them in whole sizes. Either to small or to big. ?????

I ordered three pairs of shoes and only received two. I have contacted customer service 4x with no response. I'd like either the shoes or my money back.

I ordered these with two other pair, customer service won't respond to me and these never came.

I received the wrong size, had to print out my own return label and package myself. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't received my refund. Very inconvenient.

I have loved every order previously, however, this time my order never arrived. I have attempted to make contact with customer service for a week with no response or resolution.

I love these shoes. However, I received someone else's returned shoes from Amazon. The memory foam already has a foot impression in it. There is also a spot the the big toe sat. I repeat ALWAYS buy from Hey Dudes directly.

The tag said size 9 and the label inside said size 7.

I didn't get my order

One shoe was too big; one shoe was too small!

I've never had to send anything back so I don't know what to do!for either pair

The right shoe was so stretched out that it would not stay on your foot so i returned them to find out that Hey Dudes thinks there is nothing wrong with them from pictures they asked for. Put them on your foot then you will see. Then only wants to give me a credit and not a refund to my cc i paid with. Terrible customer service.

I bought size 11 in men's they fit like they were a 9.

I wasnt able to try them or wear them. The delivery driver threw the package in the yard and neighbors dog destroyed them. I turned contacted you and Ill never buy anything from you again.
