I normally wear an 8-1/2 to 9; I returned a 10 because it was too short on one foot. They felt terribly cushy and I wish they would have worked.

Cute shoes and would be comfortable if they fit. Unfortunately I had to return them as they are VERY small. I normally wear a size 10, and my toes were crushed against the front of the shoes.

It runs small. Also wish it was in half sizes and wide width.

Sadly I have to return these shoes because the 41 was much smaller than the size 11 shoe I wear. They did appear to be well made but have no arch support

Very narrow shoes, surprised they are sold as regular width. A bunch of my friends love these though. I guess they have narrow feet!

The back of the shoe rubbed painfully against my achilles heel. I see that some other reviewers noted that.

Unfortunately it pinches my baby toe on my right foot. this is sometimes a problem with other shoes as well. I don't think it will do it to other people. my foot , I think is the problem

The inside of the shoe has an insert, this sits up a little high and is covering the inside of the shoe where there is rough stitching. otherwise this is a great shoe.

I wanted to like these shoes but I didn’t feel enough arch support and had to return them.

Toe box was small

The color is not as rust brown. It is more flat brown

tried on...and could not even get my foot into the 8B. That is my normal size...but apparently these run small. Loved the colors and general idea of the shoe....but these don't work for me. Also, for the materials they are quite pricey. All man made...

I love these shoes and ordered according to my size. I am a 9 and according to this website I should order a 39 European size. It wasn't until I wore them a full day that I realized my other 2 pairs are size 40. I will return. Do know if you get the right size these are so comfortable. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day.

I would say if you wear a 9 get size 40. The 39 were way too small.

I have lots of ilse jacobsen shoes. This particular style is a new one for me and it is uncomfortably tight. I take a 9 in the other tulip styles but this perhaps could have worked in a 9.5. I know that they stretch out a bit, but what if it wasn’t enough? It is too expensive to hope that it would eventually be just right. So back they go. I will stick with the original tulip slip ons.

good shoe too small

Like the shoes but too short. Could not wear with socks and hard to get on. Trying one size larger.

So I loved the Style but I take a size 10 and I’m sad to say these fit like a size 9, I have exchanged them for a 11 but not available in that size Hard for me to give more then a 1 star on comfort because of them feeling a whole size smaller Overall they seemed to be made well and very cute but for the reasons mentioned above I wii never know for sure

Love these shoes but the length was a full size smaller, I wear a 10 and they fit like a 9, I would have ordered a 11 but 10 is the biggest size they offer

I wanted to love these shoes because they are water resistant. They're good looking but too narrow for my slightly wide foot.

I am a 7.5 narrow - ordered in both 7 and 8. The 7 was too short while the 8 was good in length. Very cute shoes but no arch support and i could almost walk out of them because they were way too wide for me. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from zappos and not one was narrow enough to keep on. So frustrating!

I liked the look of the shoe but felt they were too small ( I ordered a size larger per a friends request) and I'm afraid an even larger size would slip on the heel.

This is the second pair I have ordered in an attempt to get the correct fit in these shoes. They are lightweight, attractive and are the most poorly sized shoe I have ever encountered. I am sorry that I must return the size 10, especially when my normal size is an 8 1/2 and I could barely get my foot into the size larger that was recommended originally.

This is the fourth pair of Ilsa Jacobsen Tulips I've purchased, three of them on Zappos one from Nordstrom. The last pair which I'm returning is narrower, the stencil different and the inside edges stiff and uncomfortable. I love these does and wanted the black -have them in green, brown and tan- the black ones do not fit correctly
