I wear these for day to day casual wear. They are great shorts for daily use. Water resistant fabric is high quality and elastic waistband is super comfortable. The built in belt is also a great feature!

Even though these are men's shorts. I love them so much, I just ordered another pair. This time I ordered the longest length. They are perfect for indoor rock climbing, biking & gardening.

Just came back from a week of backpacking in the Sierras with these and they were perfect. The material was quick drying after dips in the lake and far more substantial than most shorts. Love all the pockets too and the variations in length you can get them in.

These are hands down the most comfortable, highest quality, perfectly designed, all purpose shorts available on the market today. The option to choose your inseam length is icing on the cake. The choice of awesome and attractive colors makes it possible to own 8 different pairs. These are my go to basketball, hiking, running, biking, swimming, and casual wear shorts. They're perfect for anything and the zippered pockets make securing valuables a breeze. I get asked so often where I buy from that I feel like a North Face service representative. You know I should get a commission for all the business I throw your way. I always ask why they like these shorts in particular and with the women it's because they're attractive colored short shorts that show off muscular thighs. With the guys it's because of the design, belted waistline, and secure zippered pockets. North Face products are synonymous with quality and the fact that I own 6 different pairs shows I really am totally and truthfully sold on these awesome North Face shorts.

Tight fit (cut), light and comfortable for my outdoor walks.

I love how fast they dry. I am an avid water skier, when I have finished wake boarding/ skiing, by the time I park the boat at the dock, my pants are already dry! They look amazing too. I love them!

Perfect for all my water sporting activities. They work like a dream for wake boarding and slalom skiing. They dry super quickly so I don't even need to change into dry shorts after a boating/water sporting adventure because by the time the boat is parked and secured - my shorts are dry!
