I always wear an 11 in Merrell's. Most of my shoes are Merrell's. The 11 in this was too wide and I had to tighten the straps as tight as possible to make it fit. Consequently the straps hung almost to the floor. I had 3/4 of an inch space in front of my toe. So, I ordered the size 10. Even the box was smaller. Across the toes was tight, the length was good and the straps looked way better. Just not comfortable. Sadly I sent them both back. Probably ok for young feet but mine couldn't take them.

The midfoot strap does NOT adjust. The rear strap does not provide enough tightening. Impossible to adjust fit.
