I usually wear a 12 but went 12.5 with these. The fit great. I felt that the last pair I had were a little cramped.

Great quality product for size, and comfort. Chose a different colour in the end as I wasn't too keen on these when they arrived

Love the look, but the width is narrow and makes it slightly uncomfy. Most definitely water proof and slip resistant during those long hikes!

A great product: well made and strong and a sole stiff enough to give good support over a whole day. Fit pretty good for me. However, this colour of shoe is far more toxic green in real life than compared to most on-line pics - far from subtle - so I'd suggest other colour combos if you want something more subtle, which is what I was aiming for.

This is a good waterproof walking shoe. My only issue was that is was too stiff for my needs.

Full disclosure: I work for a retail business that is an Adidas/Terrex dealer. The discount deal I got from Zappos was actually better than my employee discount on this product at work. First: Terrex stuff is BURLY. I live in the central Colorado Rockies and hike quite a bit. These shoes are ideal for almost any kind of terrain when carrying light loads. Backpackers who carry large loads would want more ankle protection/support. They are light, stiff, supportive and grippy on most any trail surface. Arch support is exceptional, and midfoot grip is substantial. The Gore-Tex is going to keep your feet dry in anything that isn't deeper than the shoe is tall. The Continental sole is tough and rigid enough to protect your feet on sharp, rocky terrain. Outstanding shoe. I hope they keep making them like this for a long time.

Adidas is still all over the place when comes to mens sizes. The style and thicker socks for the Fall will make these shoes a keeper. Terrex are very good quality. For the steep price they better last like my last pair.

Great comfy product but had to get a replacement after less than a year as the seam had split.

My main problem with it was the smell. Tried with all kinds of socks, it still smelled bad. The quality could be better. But overall it was comfortable and practical.

I am a trek master for a company that does charity long distances. This is why I got these shoes. I have used them for training and whilst they fit well, they STINK. I mean, I have to put them outside. It is not my feet or the insoles but the shoes themselves. This was a replacement pair for ones I wore out, no smell to the last ones! I would not buy again.

I really loved my shoes - the comfiest hiking shoes I've had and lightweight. I wore them on 4 walks on average terrain - dry and wet weather - averaging 2.5hrs each over 3 weeks. By the 3rd week, the sole had started to crumble and stitching started to come loose. I'm gutted because it's hard to find a decent, waterproof, lightweight shoe. I sent back for an exchange but for some reason this was cancelled and I got refunded...maybe it's a sign.

Fits great. Flexes with a crinkly sound, probably due to the Gore-Tex membrane. My biggest concern is that the first exposure to wet grass caused the shoes to stink horribly. I tried Febreeze and washing, but this only partially removed the odor. It clearly is from the shoes getting wet. Of course, this occurred about 35 days after purchase. Website won't allow returns after 30 days. No way to communicate except calling. In this day and age, why can't electronic communication be used to document the problem, etc??

Shoe was working good until it the gore-tex waterproofing failed. However Adidas warranty was very helpful and gave me a prompt refund. The shoe is well built but it is definitely not for everyone -- the sole is very stiff, which I prefer but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

I have an older model of this shoe and need new waterproof shoes for busy life. I ordered my usual size and they were enormous! You could tell just by looking at them. Zappos was great with helping me try the next two sizes down. So the 9 fit (instead of my usual 10) and felt good except that the back of the heel is very high (I compared it with the older model and it is much taller) and uncomfortably rubbed against my Achilles tendon, especially with short socks on for warm weather. I wore them around the house, but quickly found it too much to bear. They do look nice in my opinion. Now I'm starting over with my search and heading off to a festival with my old shoes.

I owned the prior version of these shoes which I had for several years and literally hiked all over the world in them. Was looking forward to the new pair. But this version of the shoe is super uncomfortable. Very very stiff and I imagine would take some breaking in, which i really did not want to invest the time in (and blisters). Way to stiff and inflexible for me.

Ended up having to return these due to them running small. They seem like they would have been good hiking shoes but you would need to size up at least a whole size.

I like these as a shoe, they fit well and look good and they're comfortable BUT I bought them because they're supposed to be a waterproof goretex shoe. They have all the waterproof abilities of a sponge. Walking in early morning dewey grass, my feet were soaking through the toebox.
