I have 14 pairs of Sorel boots, shoes or slippers. I love the fit! I'm not sure what went wrong with these but the fit was very odd. The strap across my foot was loose with no way to tighten. When I walked the weight of the sole made it flop on my foot which then made the elastic strap tighten around my ankle. Poor design this time. They are being returned.

I wanted to love this shoe but the elastic at ankle and the stiff sole made for a bad combo if you think you are getting comfy walking sandals. Just walking on my carpet in the house I could feel that this was going to chafe my ankles after several hours of standing/walking. The shoe is very wide which is fine for my feet but not good if you are Med or Narrow. Cute but I need to get real about them - problem shoe!

They run 1/2 size big...open toe
Normally 9 in boots...I purchased 8.5 in the open toe.

These ran very large. I typically wear a 9 in all Sorel boots and could size down to an 8 in these. Color was a little darker than what I was looking for. The ankle strap did not bother me, I have thinner ankles and a wide toe box, the width is definitely wider than most Sorels, if you have narrow feet these may not be the shoes for you. Loved that they gave me the height with being a heel. Purchasing an 8 to see how it fits. Will write another review once I receive them.

So cute, but not practical due to the weight of the shoe. The white platform is a very heavy material... disappointing because the design is really cute.

The fit is great (true to size) and very comfortable. They will look great with summer dresses. The ankle strap is very stretchy and provides a lot of give when walking. The wedge is a good height, not too high.

I was worried that most of the review said to order 1/2 size down but my size is 5 and there's no size 4.5. But size 5 is perfect for me. I could even go 1/2 size up. The strap is tight but luckily I have small ankle. It's tight but not too tight. Overall, I love the sandals.

These are such darling shoes and very comfortable. I just order a second pair in the same color for when the first pair wears out. I wish they came in more color options! I ordered my usual size in sorels and they fit great (meaning true to size). I definitely recommend!
