I own two pair of these sandals for two years now and I love the way they look on my feet. The size ran true to size for me (I have a narrow foot). The problem is that both pairs rub and cut in on my big toe. The solution is I just make sure to put a band aid on each toe before wearing the sandal.

Bought these on a whim and absolutely love them. They will definitely be my go to summer sandal! Ordered size 7.5 and they are perfect

Great sandals. But this particular one has a small defective but I will keep them anyway.

They were a bit too big. I usually order a 6.5 in Sorel boots. I would suggest a 1/2 down for the sandals. They are super cute. I wasn't sure if they might rub on my heel, or if that was because they were too big.

Fell in love with the Ela with jute trim the first time I saw them. They were comfortable right out of the box. Wore them on the airplane, all day walking no issues with fit. But I have noticed 3 areas where the black straps that hold the jute in place have broken so the jute is loose and looking frayed. No one else would notice yet but I'm afraid more will follow. I am not hard on shoes and have not abused them in any way .I have only had them 4 months and had hoped to get much more wear out of this beautiful sandal

I ordered these hoping they'd be the same as the original Ella Sandal I bought in September 2020. Unfortunately they're not the same. These are a bit longer in the inner sole and there's no stitching around the inner sole either, which makes the extra space at the front of the shoe, in front of my toes even more noticeable. The elastic straps are also a bit thinner than the original. The bottom of the shoe has more ridges than the original as well. The original style had 2 small pieces of circular hardware on the back of the shoe which I like more. I wish I knew those differences before I ordered. I asked a sales person via the chat function and they said the shoe was the same and to order the same size as I did before. I should've ordered my normal side instead of a half size up in this Ella 2. I hope Sorel brings back the original Ella sandal because I love the pair I have. I'll be returning the Ella 2.

Super cute! Just wish it had a bit more arch support. Otherwise comfy.

I really want to like these. They are beautiful shoes and I think they would be quite comfortable except for a small but significant issue with the fit. The back heel strap rubs against the inner arch of my left foot in a way that I don't think will improve with breaking in. Just walking around my apartment, it is clear that the shoes would cause significant blisters. That being said, if Sorel came out with a slightly different version of the shoe, I like them enough that I would be willing to retry them to see if this issue is fixed.
